  Amber was absolutely phenomenal! She not only helped every step of the way, but took the time to explain all of our options. What a breath of fresh air when so many other companies are in a rush to get things completed or are so busy they don't even call you back. From the very first time I talked to her over the phone, which btw wasn't the greatest with our cell phone reception, we still made it work!!
