  Ivette Cortes was simply amazing. I have never had a bank experience where I have opened an account and dealt with such a lovely person as a Ivette. She was so kind she explained everything in detail she had a smile on her face the whole time and even now that I had to open a fresh start checking account I was treated with the upmost respect despite my troubled banking history she went above and beyond if you have any questions or you need to open an account she is definitely the person that you want to come and see.

  Excellent Customer Service. Honestly I do not agree with the reviews that complain about this banking institution. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a very professional manner. Staffing is tighter, but that is true about many business considering the environment we are currently facing. The big box store banks are very guilty of taking in your cash and offering fewer and fewer customer services. The difference is they have more locations and more employees, so you spend less of your time and effort to get a “sorry we can’t help you with that” response.

  Small credit union that caters primarily to local government employees. Slow service, they never say "may I help you" when they eventually appear on the screen in front of you, they always make you wait, customer service just not their thing. Nice shaded parking when you have to wait for an unfortunate person who had to go inside. Better credit unions with more branches and better service are everywhere.

  Horrible customer service! The bank employees kept my ID and debit card and then when they realized their mistake called my mother rather than me to tell me that they still had my cards! So now I will have to cancel my flight tomorrow because I have no ID! Why would you call my mother and not me! Ignorant!

  I Love TBFCU! My mother and myself have been looooong time customers and they STILL continue to exceed my expectations. Annabell is an absolute DOLL!! She had been so helpful to me. Above and waaayyyy beyond what I call outstanding customer service!!!! Member for life!

  Absolute worst and slowest banking experience I’ve ever had. Not once, but twice I have been extremely disappointed and frustrated.

We take pride in being able to assist members of other credit unions, however, these types of transactions can take longer time to process when accessing other institutions’ systems. Also, additional layers of security are required for Shared Branching. We hope to assist you in the future with your banking needs.

  You will be waiting if you want to speak to someone but it's only because they spend their time making sure the customer their dealing with are 110% satisfied and understand everything when they leave

  The hours at this place is horrible! This is a bank for god sake and it seems never to be open. The closest other bank is clear on the other side of tampa. Looks like I will be changing banks, more pain in the ass than anything else.
