  Tammy has been nothing short of outstanding as our realtor and she continues to amaze us with her resourcefulness and commitment! We’ve certainly had our ups and downs while selling our home and buying a new build and she’s been right there the whole way. She responds almost immediately, and finds answers to the surprises around every corner, by any means necessary. She really knows her stuff, and it’s clear that she truly loves what she does. This experience has been amazing, and I cannot wait to recommend her to my family and friends!

  I would recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a home. She was accommodating to us at anytime we needed her during the week. She would respond quickly to our viewing requests and questions. She offered good advice for offer negotiations. She was comfortable with many forms of communication including texting and email. Tammy made our whole experience a pleasant one and we hope to work with her again in the future.

  We were so beyond fortunate to be referred to Tammy Lord and blessed to have her as our Realtor. It really feels like a good friend is helping you find a house that you love and is a good fit for you. She is so down to earth and I truly feel and believe that she only wants what is best for her clients and what they want/need.   I was having trouble with a different realtor that kept making appointments with me and then wouldn’t show up. I called Tammy and she got the ball rolling right away. My house was on the market within twenty-four hours of me contacting Tammy and within twenty-four hours from that, there was an offer pending and then it was sold. Tammy is a no-nonsense realtor who gets stuff done. I would highly recommend.
