  Sean was great in getting me the best rates. He also advised me to back out of the deal when the numbers just didn't make sense. I cost him a sale, but I applaud his integrity and looking out for me. He was also fantastic when my niece bought a house from my mother. He facilitated the transaction and handles all issues, and many were not his responsibility.

  I worked with Sean Landis to get a pre-approval letter. He did a hard pull on my credit file without my permission and it affected my credit score negatively. For a long time, he refused to admit his fault, even after he admitted, he did not take the responsibility to resolve the issue. He treated me unprofessionally and I do NOT recommend grand oak mortgage company.

  I have used Sean Landis and his team at Grand Oak Mortgage 2 times over the past 5 years. Once to refinance and the most recent to purchase a new home. With all sincerity they are FIRST CLASS. Honest, knowledgeable, competitive, and always available to answer questions in a timely manner. Hard to come by these days... I would highly recommend.

  I was a first time home buyer, I was referred to Grand Oak Mortgage by my Uncle. I could not be happier with my experience!!   Working with Brian Bailey was an awesome experience; he was able to overcome some obstacles to close my mortgage but also to expedite the closing. He was hands on the entire way and his staff was extremely responsive. The attention to detail, working to get the best solution was exactly what I was looking for.
