  Guardian Mortgage is the best. Best rates, best service, best overall experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a mortgage. Cynthia Lawrence is also top notch. She knows what she is doing every step of the way. Excellent service as usual with these people and this company.

  Guardian Mortage company have very great loan officers that are knowledgeable. Cynthia Lawrence is great to work with. She kept me informed through the entire process.. I would definitely recommend using them to service your mortgage loans.

  Jason goes above and beyond with his customer service and has great communication throughout the whole process. I never have to wonder what the status in the process is because he is always updating us and making us feel comfortable. I will recommend Jason to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or refinance. He made the whole process effortless on our end and he made us feel like we were the most important client he has.

  Good service, good communication, good rates. I've been using Guardian Mortgage for over 20 years, because they're everything I want in a mortgage company. The local loan officers (Cynthia) are knowledgeable and responsive. On the few occasions I've needed to call the service center in Texas, they've been remarkably accommodating to my specific customer service needs.

  We started working with this company and our loan officer, Cynthia Lawrence, three years ago. It was the absolute easiest part of purchasing our home. She was knowledgeable and she was able to explain things to us in terms we could understand as first time home buyers. We got an amazing rate and my favorite part.. this company services their own loans. When you call, you get to talk to a real life person. I’ve worked for an insurance agency for the past few years and I can’t tell you the number of people who have called and have had to go through the ringer to find out who the servicing company was for their mortgage company, to then call and speak with someone (whom English is not the first language) in a service center and fight to explain that their insurance was not paid by the mortgage company. Or, to learn that their mortgage had been sold off to a different company or servicing department and they had to be re-routed and go through identity verification to get their new account numbers and information. I’ve called for many of my clients over the years to fix this problem... but let me tell you- I have NEVER done this with Guardian Mortgage, a div. of Sunflower Bank. If you are thinking of purchasing or refinancing, give them a call!!!!!

  Our Agent Pam Denne has helped us through 2 mortgages. She is always available, friendly, knowledgeble and works in a timely manner. She sends routine updates so you know actually what has been done and what needs to be done. Calls regularly if she needs more information to facilitate loan. Always available for crazy questions. Our Real estate agent said she was one of the most efficient loan agent he has worked with. Would higly recommend her to anyone and have before.

  Refinancing my home was a wonderful experience. Guardian Mortgage, and specifically Brian Isaacson and Lori Porritt answered all my questions and kept me consistently updated at all stages of my refinance. I highly recommend Guardian Mortgage!

  I highly recommend Guardian Mortgage as they do not sell your mortgage off to whomever days after your closing. They tried this once for a very short period of time in their many years of business and it was unsuccessful. How do I know this? I'm a long standing loyal client to Guardian, specifically, to Brian Isaacson. He has helped us a few times now and I have been very impressed. He is very quick to reply, both professional and to the point. So, what are you waiting for? Call Guardian Mortgage, you will not be disappointed!
