  We had a unique situation that other brokers could not get done. Rob, and his team worked with us, and were very responsive to any questions, as other big box companies were positive they could help us, then after wasting our time, could not....so we were a little pessimistic that our situation may be one that could not be done at this time. Well, they got it done. When an insurance issue came up, they were very helpful, and knew how to take care of it, and knew how to make the process, one that can be stressful, and difficult, very smooth.
