  Randy with Colonial were recommended to my husband and I by our realtor and boy was it ever a recommendation. Randy was very cognoscente that this was our first home purchase, therefor our first home loan. From day one, made the process very easy to understand, stress free, and explained each step of the process. It's nice to know, I have someone who cares about our service and experience and that if we every have any questions he and the team will be there. Randy is my only recommendation for a home loan.

  Randy was very responsive and reassuring to a nervous first time home buyer. His confidence gave me confidence in the process. I just knew he was going to take care me. He was proactive in communicating w the agents throughout the process which they appreciated. He also met me at my socially distant curbside closing just to say hello.   Randy has to be the best mortgage lender in the state of Texas. His professionalism is unmatched as is his knowledge of the industry. He provided constant updates on our loan application and we knew what was going on at all times. The process was painless and quick. I think we closed on our refi in maybe 3 weeks or less. I have referred several homeowners who originally made applications at Chase, Wells Fargo et al who are still waiting to close on their loans months after their application.
