  Never done business with Synovus bank, but have noticed the bank in other Georgia cities. Hopefully they are good financial partners for the public. Have not heard anything bad about Synovus bank.

  The best Bank I have ever used! The staff always go out of their way to help you. Always very kind, and friendly- Highly recommend.

  Let me just start by saying I have never had such great customer service at a bank. Ms. Megan Bryant went above and beyond any level of customer service anyone could above for. She fixed my issue and made me feel like a customer, not a number like Wells Fargo does. Kudos to you Ms. Bryant and a huge thank you!!! Glad to be one of your customers and looking forward to dealing with you and your bank.... thanks again...

  This bank needs to go the way of the dinosaurs. Outdated, horrible technology and service. On the phone for HOURS for one simple wire transfer?? I should have switched banks a long time ago.

  I was going to switch to this bank but after finding out they have no way to accommodate certain disabilities, I decided they wasn’t the bank for me.
