I have a mortgage with Synovus that was originally made with Florida Community Bank. I needed a statement of interest paid in 2018. I was having some difficulty finding the right person to talk with, ultimately getting a little frustrated with the telephone service. I emailed the bank and messaged them on Twitter, which resulted in a quick response and direct number to a specialist who I called later. The specialist was very knowledgeable and resolved my issues quickly.

Banked there for about a year. Loved the staff but the Bank itself was unbelievable - they told me I had to pay if I wanted to walk into the bank to deposit checks. Very sad that they just acquired Florida Community Bank

Haven't been there yet, just trying to find out if there is a drive-thru. Trying to get that info from their website is impossible. You can't even select, let alone search for a location.
