  Went into Wells Fargo to open a small biz account. Was shocked at the fee schedule and they weren't able to see me or discuss much of anything...Called Scooter at OZX Bank, he was beyond helpful. Went into the branch to meet with him, set up my account in 15 mins, sent me the forms to E sign, order free checks and the account has minimal fees. Best small business banking we have ever done. SOOO recommend OZK Bank, Scooter and Kristen, Sarasota Main Street!

  By far the best banking service I have received. Close knit, you feel more of a family type atmosphere rather than a business. Absolutely no other place I'd deposit my money. If you're in the area you should definitely stop by.

  I was with another bank in Sarasota that I've done business with since 2003. It seems as though the larger banks start caring less and less about their customers and more and more about charging you for everything possible. Abe Sanchez at Bank OZK made the process of switching effortless. And there are no monthly fees for the three accounts I set up (1 personal and 2 business). Their employees really do care and it shows.

  Bank OZK is a terrific bank to deal with Business or Personal, and this branch especially in downtown Sarasota has a special welcoming feel. You are greeted by 2 or 3 smiling faces each time you enter, and then you are in for a banking experience like non other. Gone are the sales tactics and just trying to get you to sign up for as many services as possible, instead you are treated to representatives that want to truly understand your unique situation and then help you achieve all your financial goals. Highly recommend!!
