PNC Bank Reviews

Eric Montefusco1Be careful in this bank because they do sneaky stuff. Worst experience I ever had with a financial institution. Might as well not waste your time going over stuff, because in the end they don't listen and do what they want regardless of conversation. 3.8 stars seems way too high a rating. I wouldn't even give them 1 if I could leave a review without it. Worst tormenting experience in my 60 years of life. Take my advice. Go to another bank if you can.

B C4Very hard to find ATM machine. It’s on the drive though area next to the garage. It would be nice for the bank to post clear notice of where the ATM is located.

Robert Stettler1Worst service system there is bank caused a serious hardship due to some internal system and once the situation was presented they had the opportunity to fix it with human intervention! Instead of resolution I had a verbatim script read to me. In all my years in the banking industry have I experienced something handled so poorly. Would not recommend PNC to anyone and I will tell this story to everyone whoever asks me about this financial institution Update 3 weeks later and 2 calls to corporate w promises return calls and never received anything and No resolution. Filed formal complaint with Department of Banking. Read every other review I have ever left and all positive reviews for every where else. This place is honestly terrible and as unprofessional as you can get and felt the need to post so other people can be aware

Cindy Taylor5PNC is great. I am especially impressed that they make debit cards in this branch. Twice I have had the magnetic strip on my card stop working and I got a new card the same day.

Cody Molumby1I lost my debit card so i went to withdraw some money to hold me until the new one came. The branch manager refused to give me my money without a debit card.I provided 2 forms of ID and could of provided 2 more. Its 430 at this time luckily i made it to another branch by 5 and had zero issues. I have been banking with PNC for years. The branch manager at this location needs to be demoted and go back to training. He abused the little power he does have and should not be managing any business, especially a bank!! I thought about closing my accounts right there and banking with someone else. He is a bad look for PNC!
