  Bank lacks compassion, understanding, and fails to treat customers with any value or appreciation. Putting your money under the mattress is a better option.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Will give certain people a hard time to do business. Incompetent staff. I was told they couldn't cash my check from the federal government because they didn't know how to verify it. All info was on the check. I called the number and spoke to someone who verified it right away..will never do business here again.

  Tried to call my bank 3 times to wait over 10 mins per call and never getting to speak to anyone. Could not solve my issue over automated system. I'm changing Banks.

  I love the fact that they know me by name. When I walk in I get greeted by everyone. They always have nice decorations and i never have to wait too long.

  Great friendly tellers. Smart bankers. Plenty of folks working so lines, if any, always move fast

  Friendly and trustworthy folks, not the most advanced banking compared to to larger companies, but definitely worth considering.
