      If I could give a 0 I would! I understand the COVID-19 BUT this is an everyday 365 days a year thing! The commercial lane is the SLOWEST lane ever... I usually go through the regular lanes BUT unfortunately today I was guided to the commercial lane! I’m not sure what’s going on with Wells Fargo but the lanes shouldn’t be this slow EVER....ESPECIALLY the COMMERCIAL lane! We have businesses to run! Wells Fargo PLEASE hire faster more experienced workers!!!

      This place is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had to drop off a deposit on a Saturday. I got there at 12:45 in the commercial lane (15min before they close.) There were two cars ahead of me when I got there. Unfortunately Wells Fargo took FOREVER with the car right in front of me. I waited in line for 25min and they refused to take my deposit because it was after 1pm. I was there well before they closed, and sat in line for 25 minutes. I even told the lady at the window that I had been here since 12:45 and she told me it didn't matter. So if I'd been inside, and had the same situation, would you still have refused to see me? I'm so disappointed in the service I got today.

      I have been loyal customer of Wells Fargo for 4 years until now. Over the last 3 months when I go to deposit my bonus check they put a 3 to 5 day hold on it. The major issue is that my bonus checks are from a Wells Fargo account. I have asked around, and no one else has had any issues with the same type of check from other banks. When I ask for explanation from Wells Fargo they tell me that every situation is different. In my business I would never give one of my loyal customers such a vague answer. I would do everything in my power to keep the customer with my company. Customer service is huge in any type of business, and I received none from Wells Fargo over the last 3 months. 4 years with a bank is huge considering the fact that I am 25 years old. I have been with them for the Majority of my adult life. I don't have the time to be on the phone with a Bank at least once a month trying to figure out when my money will be available. With that being said I will be switching to a different bank, and I will NEVER allow Wells Fargo to handle any of my assets again. Thank you from a very disappointed customer.

      This branch is absolute disgrace. I banked with Wells Fargo for many years and recently moved down to Warner Robins. I waited to see a banker after noticing two bankers on their cell phones and doing absolutely nothing. Then I went to the teller line and I was told by the manager they had no large bills left at 4pm or something about counting their vault already. It’s ridiculous. I will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

      This bank is completely incompetent and inconsistent. They will complete a specific type of transaction one day, and then tell you TOUGH LUCK when you need the exact same service the following day. I was able to go to a bank that I am NOT A CUSTOMER AT, and get a cash advance off my card... But my own bank refused to help me. SOME SERVICE YOU'VE GOT THERE WELLS FARGO!!!!!!!!!! I am already shopping for a new bank, and cannot wait to make the switch.

      I recieve a gift check monthly written on a Wells Fargo account. I have been going there every month for over 3 years. Until recently, I had no account. I have one now as my gift has increased. My mother writes a handwritten check. When I go to cash and deposit my money into my account and I get a new teller...I am looked at like a criminal. There have been times where they would call my mother to verify the check. The amount of money on my check should not raise a reaction from a bank teller at all...I have noticed if I "dress up" before I go I dont get treated as bad. However if I am in tshirt shorts and flip flops..and get a new teller...I'm automatically looked at like a criminal. If my mother has made a mistake and properly fixed it on the check...its altered and the tellers freak out....hmph ...I would give less stars but there are about 3 employees there who handle their job properly and professionally.

      Terrible service from tellers who do not listen or cannot comprehend directions. I would love to move all of our business to another bank, but that was be very taxing on the organization. Wells Fargo evidently knows this so good customer service is NOT a priority. Such a sad state of affairs when people are unable to do the simplest of tasks.

      I receive a monthly direct deposit from social security. I went into the branch to withdraw some money and I was told by the teller manager that I could not withdraw my money until it posted to my account even though it says my funds are available. Do not, under any circumstances use this bank.

      Went to the branch to handle some important (to me at least) business, the Banker was too busy on her phone to see me, when I finally did find someone to speak with they scoffed at my needs. Not happy about the unprofessional manner in which they handled themselves
