      This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to. I have made multiple attempts in the drive through and never move. Like after sitting here 15 minutes still 5 cars back and not moving. There is no way there is more than one person running the entire bank. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Service is gotten worse in the past two years. 20-30 minutes is the normal quick time getting out of the drive throu. Everyone else has their lobby open for business. I cant wait to refinance my house with a different bank and never come back here again

      Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at suntrust and I’ve been with them for 10+ years. Lady was insulting and rude. I had to just walk out because I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable immediately. To the lady…you don’t know what kind of situation I am in so for you to share your criticisms and unwelcomed opinion was totally out of place. You can’t talk to people like they’re children when you don’t even know them. Very, very poor customer service.

      I have been with Suntrust for nearly 30 years. The service in the last couple of years is completely unacceptable. And if you mention your dissatisfaction you get just a courtesy apology and no effort to make marked changes in customer service. An hour in the drive thru is ridiculous especially for businesses during the pandemic. Hey Suntrust if you haven’t noticed banks are begging to get new customers. You just lost another good client

      Was very dissapointed with the service at this particular branch. Service was terribly slow. I went in to make a checkings account, even left work early so I could get there early. I arrived at around 1:30 and wasn't seen until 3:20. There were only two customers in front of me. And the line to see a teller was absolutely crawling. Oh and the bankers had to wait in the teller line to do anything, which I found ridiculous. Why is your own employee unable to do the things they need to be able to perform? Their own bankers waiting on the slow teller line is unacceptable in my opinion. At other banks (AT&T and Chase) I have never spent more than 5 minutes in a teller line. People waited 20 or 30 and there was at most 10-15 people in line. I've recently move to the area and the nearest branch of my main bank is 60 miles north and I needed to be able to get a large sum of cash from my account for a car. Didn't want to pay the 3% fee for doing a cash advance at a difffernt bank so decided to make an account locally. Was also looking to get a loan for the car so I figured I would use Suntrust and their loan department Lightstream as it was recommended to me by a friend. Suntrust wouldn't let me make an account online because they "Couldn't verify my identity" which was confusing so thats why I went physically to a branch. Oh and the best part was after all that Lightstream rejected my application for a cosigned loan with my father because "They consider both signers equally" which defeated the entire point of a cosigning because my father has good credit and equity and could get the loan on his own 3 times over or more but I don't have much of a credit history since I'm new to the working world.

      This place is perfect if you don't want your money. Been waiting a week and a half for a transfer. Different reason given every time as to why it hasn't come through. Was told they don't put holds on deposited checks, but when I deposited a check through a bank that also claims they don't put holds on their checks, took 5 days to go through. Only bank with these people if you don't like your money, competent Clerks, or helpful customer service.

      Customer service here is sub par. Wait times are excessive. Only Saturday location and they only use 2 tellers! If you’re not there by 9:10 the lines are out the door. Their attention to customer needs is very poor. If you can find a personal local bank that better services your needs please utilize it. Unfortunately we are commercial and have locations throughout the state and this mega bank is in all our locations so we are forced to use them. Just wished we got the customer service equal to the $300 month we pay in fees.

      One star is even too much. This is the worst bank I have ever done business with! They’re rude if you don’t have an account there. I’m paid with personal checks so because of the large amount, and living paycheck to paycheck like everyone else, my bank can’t just deposit it as a check so I cash it at this sorry excuse for a bank because they’re written on them. So they demand I come on to do business and take $7 of MY money out of it. The $7 obviously doesn’t go to any customer service training for them! This last time it was pouring rain and 2 out of 3 of my children were sick in the car with me, they wanted me to come in instead of use the drive through (which I thought was the point of a drive through: so you don’t have to get sick kids out in the rain!) and she turned very rude when I refused. Then had the nerve to suggest I look into banking options with them. Needless to say, that will never happen!!

      Employees are nice but manager is very rude. They will close your account without notice and refuse to give you the reason why . They make up some bs reason for not giving you your money... You have to wait for a check to be mailed to you. They have no compassion that you have no access to your funds until they decide to let you have them. Said I would get a check in 10 days I had to find a way to feed my family and get the things we needed so I could survive till suntrust decided to give me my funds. Very unprofessional. I will never use a suntrust again

      I found great customer service and a sincere desire to help me today at this SunTrust branch. Marcia was very professional and was able to set up a Trust account for me, even though I have never had an account there. Prior to visiting SunTrust, I had inquired with Robins Financial Credit Union and SunMark Bank. Although neither were able to help me, SunMark does provide the service for their clients, and was willing to recommend I try SunTrust. Thank you SunTrust for providing a full menu of banking services, regardless of prior banking affiliation!
