Chermaine Griggs1The tellers are rude and dont have or have not been trained in customer service. They stare at you like they wish they where on the other side of the plastic. Im not talking about all Bank of America locations but This branch on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins Georgia is in need of training. I have Never had a pleasant experience at this location. This branch and its tellers are the reason I advise everyone I know to steer clear from BOA. Honestly they act like this job has sucked the joy out of them. They acted drained and nonchalant.

Robert Jagroop1No wonder this place has a 2 star review. You need to be an actual bank and be open for your customers. It's Friday and you close at 4pm you've got to be the worst bak own of all time. And for how awful of a customer service you provide I will be pulling my accounts and no longer doing business with you. And I hope more people follow suit.
Response from the ownerHello Robert. We’d like to keep you as a client. Please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^nicole

Maggie H1If I could give zero stars I would! I have never in my life been so disgusted with a bank branch!! Avoid this branch at all cost!!! The 30 minute drive to Macon is worth it. They know about customer service unlike the Centerville location. This branch needs to be shut down for good! Lines out the door, no drive thru teller services, and the WORST and RUDEST teller service I have ever experienced in all my years of having a bank account.

Rikki Waite1Brandi was incredibly rude. I cannot believe she has a customer service role. As a Bank of America business account holder, my employees are charged $8.00 to cash their Bank of America paycheck. When I questioned the bank associate, Brandi, she told me to do my research and all banks charge to cash their own checks. ITS A BANK OF AMERICA CHECK! I pay to hold a business account for my business already, why take the $8.00 from my hard working employees? Also, they do not have a drive up window anymore. You have to go inside just to get change for your business. I hate this bank. Would never recommend it, after 14 years, I am making the switch.

Ceco Raww1I won’t be doing business with this Bank of America ever again after today. I am a fort valley state student and I had the worse experience with “EDDIE MADISON” who happens to be a manager. I came in simply asking for a temporary debit card. Automatically Mr. Madison was rude and unprofessional. He question where and how my original card was stolen, I told him I was unaware. He had a snuck grimace on his face the whole time. He then tried to make jokes about my spending and why do I have so many transactions. I found this very unprofessional because it’s my money and I Felt I shouldn’t be questioned on things I am spending. If I come in asking for one thing I shouldn’t be harassed and lectured over things that were not my temporary card. Please do better Eddie Madison you are making FVSU look bad as a whole, “Mr.alumni”

Timothy Falls5The reps behind the counter are friendly and don't waste time. When we saw the bank officer, we didn't have what we needed to add a member to our account but he was happy to set up an appointment with us first thing in the morning since that's what we wanted.
