  I stopped at one of the other Umpqua banks in town and ask the one lady why they closed and slack of customers so the one on Midland is officially closed

  I have been using them since they were colonial bank since about 1990 and they have always been great they are a little slower these days but that's because of the virus, I also forgot to mention that I mainly deal with the one on F street in grants pass, Oregon

  They use to have the banks till 6pm on saturday till 12pm with the virus everything changes

  This week I went to deposit money into an account that I share with my son. Not only could they not find the account nor the money that was in there, they would not help me to find the lost money or the lost account.

  If you say your bank is open, be open. Im here Saturday at 9:30, it says you open at 9:00. Waste of time.
