  I have worked with John in the past when we sold our old home and bought new. When it came time to refi for a lower interest rate, I immediately knew I would be going back to John and his team! They don't treat you like just another loan applicant, they treat you like part of the family! Highly recommend John and his team!!!

  Brandy is amazing, she worked hard to get me to where I needed to be with my credit and how to clean up to qualify for my house. She worked hard, answered all my questions. She was attentive via calls, text, and email. If she didn't know an answer she figured it out. She was encouraging when I was ready to give up! Thank you so much sticking it out with me!

  John and his team are the best!! 6 years ago he was able to get my family and I into a loan for a cabin and worked very hard for us. I called him again to see about refinancing our home. He told us that we should wait and referred us to a company in Colorado to work with to help our credit. In about three months we were able to refinance and get a lot better rate. John will tell you how it is. And what to do to get there. Customer service is the best and if you are looking to get it done John’s team will get it done. Thank you John once again for you’re help!!

  Synergy One Lending is the way to go! John and his team were always there to answer my questions they remained in close contact through the whole process of refinancing so I never had to worry or wonder what was going on. They were extremely supportive. They get the job done!

  Synergy One Lending is AMAZING!! Outstanding people to work with. They processed our lone very fast and timely in this crazy busy market we have now. They were so much quicker (1 month) than 2 others we know who were financing elsewhere (4 months+). Their app was very efficient to upload all docs to and speed up the process, with hardly any work on our end. We would refinance with them again in a heartbeat!!
