  100% recommend Swift Home Mortgage and specifically Josh High to anyone looking at buying or refinancing a home. Josh was amazing when we bought our home here several years ago. Super organized, everything done correctly the first time and completed in a timely manner. When we looked at refinancing in 2020 Josh had us taken care of within 3 weeks with minimal work on our end with an amazing rate. I recommend him to any of my friends that are moving into the area.

  Swift Mortgage delivers a 5 star service. They are professional group as they walk you through each and every step of the process. I love Josh's videos when I was going through the mortgage process. They did my mortgage, my house and auto insurance. They also reach out to you prior to your renewal and do all the work in finding the best option for you and your home. Truly the best service I have received in a long time. They are highly recommended for those buying a home or have home and auto insurance needs.

  This was my first homebuying experience from start to finish. I had previously initiated the process with other lenders and was very distraught. Thankfully to Swift Home Mortgage not only did they make the process simplified, but every step of the way communicated clearly and efficiently with my interest in mind. If multiple parties are involved, they dont just drop the ball. They walk you through. I am truly grateful for all their "heavy lifting" getting me to close on time with no snags.
