Antoinette Pickering1My mother and I waited for 45 minutes after having an appointment to get papers notarized. In the meantime another couple walked in, who apparently had a relationship with the notary (Neveen Morgan), and they were taken care of first, while me and my mom sat in her office, watching this take place. It didn't bother me waiting on the couple who had an appointment before us but having to wait on the other couple was just rude. Chase needs better customer service at this location.

Candace Crawford1Stay far away.. I had an incident involving money laundering at this bank. I spoke with the customer service agent, who was only interested in opening more accounts for me to meet her quota! She made light if the situation and did nothing to assist. I worked with the FBI and Comptroller of Currency to report them. After four agonizing years this individual who committed this crime is in federal prison. My family suffered tremendously over this federal crime.

three guys garage1My first transaction as a new business and the manager, Jason made it his mission to make it miserable! Go somewhere else where you can at least expect not to be talked to like a child. Or if they fire everyone at their branch maybe that’ll help too. Trash service

kyle ho1This is bad location I've ever been. Bad customer service and lazy staff. I went there to get my documents notarized and the gentleman told me I have to wait for more than 30 minutes and I have to wait for the other lady she was busy taking care of her own customer. This gentleman was the same guy that assist me everytime I need my documents to notarized. Instead of he help me but he did not. He just walked around with his coffee ☕ like a big boss and talked to the ladies at the windows. This gentleman is lazy worker. Never go back there again even though this branch is my nearest location and I've been doing business with Chase bank for so long. I have business accounts here. Not happy with this service at all.

Stephanie Perry1I have been a long time customer with Chase. Unfortunately, I will be closing my account. This branch is closest to my location, the other branches are now closed. When trying to reach this branch, the phones are not answered, messages are not returned. This is any time of the day and on any given day. The atm in drive through always malfunctions and doesn't work properly half the time. Several times I am unable to make deposits. Not to mention the unpersonable customer service tones when inside the branch. Everything to do with chase is a complicated hassle! Chase is clearly for profit not it's client's.

Charles Mitchell5Excellent customer service! Everyone there was pleasant and very helpful. I ended up being helped by the manager, I think his name was Jason. I had fraud on my account and he made sure he helped me take care of it by looking into what caused it, closing my debit card, and getting me in touch with the fraud department to get my funds back. I felt good leaving that branch knowing I was protected.

Josh Bertocci1This bank is lazy and different than any other chase bank ive been too. Made me fill out my own deposit slip on a business deposit instead of filling one out for me. Took like 30 mins to make a deposit with no line in the drive through. Dont waiste your time stopping here just drive the extra distance to another location
