  I worked with Ben Giles on the purchase of my home as a first time buyer. My experience with Ben was EXCEPTIONAL! Ben is soooooo knowledgeable and patient. Throughout the entire process, Ben was always available to answer any questions I had; even the dumb ones. He would be on the phone with me for an hour at times explaining my options, interest rates, breaking down numbers... pretty much any question I had, he answered with detail. I also had a time constraint for purchasing a home because the home I was renting was in foreclosure and the bank and court had already determined a move out date. We had a little less than 2 months to get me into a new home from the time I started working with Ben. He estimated the closing date, and he delivered! Ben always made me feel as if I was his only client. I would always wonder if I was because he was always responsive! I would HIGHLY recommend Ben Giles. He is smart, diligent and HONEST!!! You will not regret working with him. I am truly grateful that I found Ben and that he was on my team!

  Working with Jeff and the team at Nationwide was nothing short of seamless and professional. Everyone there was on the same page and they worked through my homebuying process very well. Jeff did a great job of quarterbacking the process and working with the other parties (title company, for example). I'd highly recommend using Nationwide Residential Capital if you are buying a home.

  As a first time homeowner, I was terrified of not knowing the right way to buy a house and take out a home loan. I was SOOOO overwhelmed until I started working with Jeff Hoffman. He answered all my questions, kept me in the loop, and put things in terms that I would understand. We bought our home during the time that the US began taking action with COVID 1. We were nervous because of the uncertain times we are facing. However, Jeff was there to calm our nerves and give us piece of mind during the process.   I found Jeff to be very responsive to my calls. Many times he called me before I had a chance to do it. He was clear and concise in his emails also.   Jeff and his incredible team provided us with exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the lending process. They gave us up-to-date reporting on where we stood each week, clear checklists of what we needed to provide, and answered our emails/our calls in such a timely fashion that we always felt like their top priority. We always closed on time or even early because they were so organized and always planning ahead for challenges that we could never have anticipated.
