  This was not my first time here. Several months ago I got a great last-minute deal on a MS Surface, which is working like new. This time I came to shop--for the first time--for a firearm. A gentleman named Jay, according to my receipt, was more than patient and helpful in educating me on firearms. He told me he had a military background, and that helped me to be more confident in his expertise. He wasn't pushy but came across as wanting me to be sure in my purchase. I'm stepping back to take a breath before I make a decision, but I did buy a nice piece of jewelry. I do plan to come back and pull the trigger on that firearm purchase, (pun intended). Decent merchandise, good prices and great customer service will have me coming back.

  The crew at Mike’s Pawn were nice and help me out when I needed some money until payday! I had an unexpected emergency come up and took my items into the pawn shop to get a quick loan. Now some of the items they could not take but they loaned me exactly what I need on my other items that they could take in! They even do 10% interest on their loans of $1000! That is a better rate than most other pawn shops! I will definitely be back to see them when I need money!

  First time coming to this store and was impressed on how clean, organized, and friendly the staff was. Other pawn shops are dirty and their crew ignore you. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and got a great deal on the jewelry I purchased from them. The staff was very professional and I will be coming back!

  If you care about your things DO NOT BRING THEM HERE !!! There is no communication, they didn’t inform me about a due payment and sold my item without even calling to let me know I had a payment due and was so nonchalant about it. The staff is very unprofessional I will never recommend anyone to come here they say they won’t sell your stuff but don’t let you know when you have a payment due so they can sell it within the next day without even attempting to contact the owner.

  The customer failed to mention that he/she was over a week late. You didn’t give us your contact information, so therefore we had no way of contacting you regarding your late payment. We are open 7 days a week, so you could have called or stop by to check the due date of your loan. Unfortunately, your item was sold a day before you came in otherwise, I would have sold it back to you. Our employees offer great customer service and explain the terms of the loan before a customer signs the document. We do our best to contact customers when they are late but only if they leave us their contact information. Every loan has a three-day grace period before it even comes out for sale. That way if the customer didn't provide us their contact information, they have at least three days to call us or come in to check on or pay on their loan! God bless and stay safe Mike

  MUST READ!!!!!! The internet is like a public restroom and people can write untrue comments or bash a family own company. Cooper the manager was the most professional and just a great awesome dude. I've never been to a pawn shop nor do I know how they operate but I had an unfortunate event in my life. Cooper heard me out and helped me with all my AR Pistols when CASH AMERICA rejected me like a stepchild (FYI which Iam) SOOOOOO STOP BY AND TALK TO COOPER and see for yourself then listing to writings on the wall .......

  Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are much better than other pawn shops in the area. I would even go as far as saying they do not gouge. Fair, good quality inventory in clean condition. This place became a favorite on my first trip!

  A manager here named Cooper gave me a wonderful deal on a high quality laptop. He was incredibly kind and courteous, and definitely made me feel welcomed. I would be happy to return to Mike's Pawn just based on the way I was treated there.

  Worst pawnshop I’ve ever been to. Worked at cash American for many years and as grimy as pawn shops may be, this mikes place is the worst I’ve experienced. Employees are rude and dry. I was asked what I expected for an item and was told to go other places because he wasn’t going to even bother trying ti help me family member out. Customer service is no stars.

  We strive to offer excellent customer service and help each customer that comes to our shop. However, we do not accept certain items like car rims, purses, coats, and shoes. Therefore, we ask the person what they want for their item and refer to them where to take that kind of merchandise to. That way the customer knows where to go to try to get money on the merchandise that we don't accept. Thanks

  Just bought an Iphone 8, a nice gentleman helped us out even though they were about to close. He gave us a nice deal, the store was super clean too and well organized, forgot his name but he told me he was raised in Cali, shout out to you man keep up the good work!

  MIND COMPLETELY BLOWN!!!!!!!! Went into a pawn shop for the first time and it was a amazing experience nothing like the movies or tv shows. Coop the manager had the best customer service and fun to have a conversation with. Bought a tv and a drill I need for the house. Stop by and give it chance can’t miss it with those huge banners it’s what caught my attention.
