  I recently visited Susan Dahl and her staff at StateFarm, they were both helpful and informational. Above all they have excellent customer service. Friendliness is one thing I have found hard to find when it comes to dealing with insurance, and it was not something they were lacking. They made dealing with auto insurance a good experience.

  switching agents was something I never had know. Had I known I could I would've done it along time ago. Susan and her staff made the switch so easy and comfortable had I any questions. Things ran smoothly and I am so happy to have an agent local and not have to worry about anything else. I can pay online and if I have any questions there just a call away but what better way to get great customer service when you can go in and talk to there great staff. Thank you State Farm for always being there for me and my family.

  I talked to a young lady named Kayla. She was very informative and professional. She was very patient with me as I had a lot a questions. She answered my question with simple answer. I was there to talk about life insurance. I'm getting up in my years. She was quite helpful and very friendly.

  They were very patient with me...I ask a lot of questions. They are very knowledgeable and the rates were fantastic. They offer their services and were not pushy about it. I loved that they checked in with me regularly.

  I’ve received four letters in the past two weeks from Susan requesting I get rental insurance from her. I will NEVER have her as my agent if she bugs you this much. I have my car insurance through a different agent but now I’m considering pulling my coverage from State Farm in general all because of Susan. STOP SENDING ME LETTERS. You’re annoying. You’re making people stay away from you.

  Kayla is the best at what she does, she is very knowledgeable at what she does she brings a friendly atmosphere to place as she works with you. If you want a friendly welcoming agent then she is the one to talk to. Go on give them a call and ask for Kayla she’ll do you right.
