  Dave was amazing to work with. I was purchasing my first home and he was great in explaining each step of the process and was willing to answer any and all of my questions. He made the process simple and was quick in getting my loan approved. He was always keeping me in the loop on what stage my loan approval was in. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone who is looking to finance a home and will contact him whenever I decide to upgrade in the future.

  My husband and I are self employed and we typically invest in real estate in small communities. These two factors alone make us the kiss of death to most mortgage brokers. When I first called Dave I had been talking with 14 other brokers. I had wasted 4 months of my time and money trying to get my rental property refinanced. It was a good deal but we were unconventional borrowers. Nobody wanted to take the extra time to make our deal fund. Dave did! He was always honest! He always told us what obstacles we were up against and what was required of us to move forward. He ALWAYS answered his phone! ALWAYS!! That alone is a unicorn in this industry. I’m so very glad we found AGAPE Mortgage and Dave & Marie. As far as my husband and I are concerned there is nobody out there that will work harder to get your deal funded! They are honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and did I mention they always answer their phone?!! If you need financing call them! They are the only broker we will ever use from this point forward.

  On 3/11/22 I contacted David Wright to inquire on a refi of our home and by 3/22/22 we closed on the loan. From beginning to end David was in contact with us, guiding us through the process and our choices. He was professional, available and efficient, helping us wrap this up in 10 days!   Dave and team are absolutely fantastic. We had a horrible experience with Quicken and had to make a last minute change to a new lender. As first time homebuyers, Dave was great at explaining things to us and staying in constant communication throughout the entire process. Hands down, this is the best team in the area. Highly recommended!

  Dave has been amazing to work with. In an industry of "professionals" who will do and say anything to make a buck, I feel as though I found one of the good ones. 1. HE'S FAST: Same day answers (within an hour for me). 2. HONESTY: He was completely transparent about the pros and cons of the available products. Something previous agents (2 prior) did not provide. I felt as though they were pushing me into products that paid them the most. Opposite with Dave. 3. RESPONSIVE: He answers the phone (what a concept). My other experiences left me leaving voicemails and waiting sometimes days for a response. In fact, the reason I called Dave is because another agent, after 2 calls and 3 texts, took 4 days to return my call. "I just saw you called" was the response I got. Dave has answered or gotten back to me within minutes every time I've called him. As a business owner, I appreciate someone who operates with integrity and honesty. Couple that with a solid work ethic, and you have a guy you can rely on for years to come. *HIGHLY Recommend*
