  I called Susan based on the recommendation of a friend, she had helped them with a VA Loan, and he told me she was the best. I can say after 5 weeks working with Susan that they were absolutely correct. We are first time home-buyers, and Susan was incredible at guiding us through the process.   Susan came in after we were fed up with another lender who demanded that we liquidate our 401k at regular intervals. Susan knew how to satisfy the underwriters, and how to work with our family trust. She really knows her stuff. We recommended her to another party, and she did a great job for them also.
