  Mark was on top of our refinance from the beginning, and made it easy and seamless. He locked in the best rate late in the evening. The whole team at Cornerstone was extremely responsive and there were no unneccessary delays. I highly recommend Cornerstone and Mark Christman!!

  I can't say enough about Kelly and her amazing team! I'm closing my second loan and I wouldn't have gone back if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Her team is phenomenal. Everyone you deal with from start to finish is timely, responsive and professional. They answer emails quickly and are very patient with all of my questions. The rates are always competitive with multiple options from which to choose. I can't think of a single issue or complaint I have about Kelly Marsh and Cornerstone Home Lending.

  Heather from Cornerstone Home Lending, INC has a horrible customer service. She can't even conduct a phone call professionally. She doesn't introduce herself promptly and has a great sense of bad attitude. This company allows this type of behavior appear is a sense of how their leaders act and treat people. If I was you who is looking to lend a mortgage from these folks, I would highly consider not to. Professionalism is key, especially when dealing with mortgage. I did not like their service at all. Heather, I hope you are reading this and learning from this. You must present yourself with professionalism and respect peoples time and concerns. Good luck on your career as a loan officer.

  Kelly Marsh and her team are incredible! No Problem is too big! This was our second time choosing Kelly for a home loan and we are so thankful we did. Her team is very efficient. They have a concierge professionalism about them and helped us every step of the way!

  Our refinance process with Heather Ntem was very efficient and customer service was above and beyond. Our refinance circumstances were unique and Heather persisted throughout the process. Despite how busy every lender is due to record low rates, Heather always promptly responding to our inquiries and continued to keep the process moving. Our loan was originally estimated to take 90 days to fund but was done in less than 60 days. Amazing client service from Heather and her team!

  We had a great experience with Mark Johnson. Buying a home during the pandemic was interesting to say the least, but Mark did a wonderful job being open and easy to reach during the whole process, which made everything more manageable and human. I know several people that have used him in the past and they all had a great experience as well.
