He is a straight shooter and tells you what you need to hear, which is not always what you want to hear. If he says he can get the loan done, he will get it done. Some people may not love how brutally honest he is, but in our business it is extremely important and I really appreciate him.

  Awful experience with Guy Rivera as loan agent.. My realtor warned me of his poor reputation locally for unprofessional and obscene behavior, and my experience with him certainly lived up to that and then some. I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone in any industry that was as obnoxious, abusive and incompetent as Guy. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with Guy Rivera, or his employer Direct Mortgage Funding!
