  Sam Fowler at Supreme Lending is who we chose to go through to get approved for our first home. We are so glad we did!! Looking back, I wouldn’t have wanted to go with any other. He was super thorough every step of the way. Even helping us in our journey to prepare in advanced for applying and getting all our ducks in a row. He knows his stuff maybe more than anyone I know! He was faithful to educate us as needed throughout the whole process - we learned so much! As first time home buyers, we needed someone to “hold our hand” through the process and he did just that. We got approved for more than we expected and thanks to Sam, we are now living in a home that checks almost everything on our dream list! Which is a far cry from the paycheck to paycheck and fair credit state we were in not too long ago. While we were in our application and home buying process, Sam received multiple high honors in his field - further confirmation we made the right choice. We cannot recommend him enough! ++5 stars!!

  I am still not sure how they did it, but Sam and Spencer were able to get us from contract to close in 22 days. Their communication and management of the process were superior to any other lender I've worked with in the past 10 years and the rates were the best in town as well! I highly recommend Sam and Spencer to anyone who is looking for a mortgage lender that can get the job done right the first time and on time!

  Sam Fowler was my lender in my recent home purchase. We closed on Feb 12th of 2021 without any realtors involved, first on my condo in DC (I was the seller) and then my purchase of my house in Tulsa. Sam was up for the challenge! HE MOVED MOUNTAINS to get this deal closed. He spearheaded the entire deal, managing all parties involved and made sure everything was handled as fast as possible. He even checked in daily on my sale (per my request) with the buyer’s lender and title agency. If not for him, it easily could have been another 2 weeks before we closed. I’ve never seen someone move with more efficiency in my entire career with working professionals, in any field I’ve engaged in. He was able to offer insights and wisdom due to his immense industry knowledge & experience. He was very professional in all of our interactions and was super responsive to anything I sent. Not only was he able to get me an incredible rate that no one else was even close to, but he also had minimal fees. I was very impressed with Supreme Lending, especially with Sam Fowler, and I will not ever use anyone else for my lending needs. I could not recommend anyone higher.
