      Amazing customer service from Ashley at the 101st and Sheridan location. She went above and beyond to help close one account and open a new one. Every branch would love to have an employee of her caliber!

It's been my bank for ten plus years now for a reason.They take care of you the customer!

      Was given a temporary check to write for rent. Turns out my account is not able to write checks out of. So owe my apartments another 50 dollars on top of being late so $100 i did not have to throw away but now have to. They told me to call their letter department which i did and was told i have to pay them $15 to get a stupid letter. This was all their clerks fault to begin with and its not worth wasting gas aka more money to even go up there just so i do not have to pay the additional $50 to my landlord. Will be closing my account

      I have been trying to get a mortgage loan for 2 weeks now. They are hung up on an employment verification fee that my company won't allow me to pay for. The fee is 19 dollars! The mortgage officer won't return my phone calls, never answers the phone, but is very nice otherwise. They are taking so long to get anything done it's pathetic.
