  If you are looking for an amazing customer experience, then look no further. I want to give a special shout out to Carrie for helping me. You can literally hear her smile when she talks to you on the phone. The entire process of getting my new car insured was so easy and no matter how many times I had her change things around she was so kind the entire time. On a scale from 1-10 I give her 1000

  We have used State Farm Insurance in Arkansas for over 40 years. When we moved to Sapulpa, OK in July 2018 our daughter recommended we use Velta Augusta as our new State Farm agent. She and her staff have been outstanding and so very helpful with not only our homeowners insurance but insurance for all our automobiles and recreation vehicles.   Velta is extremely sweet, very genuine and she's so helpful! She has always taken amazing care of my family and I. When my son was 2 yrs old she gave him a State Farm teddy bear! It became his favorite animal and he sleeps with it every night! He still has this bear today at 7yrs old. My husband and I have another baby on the way, so my son called and asked Velta if he could have a matching bear for his baby brother. She told him yes gave him one and some bubbles as well! He was so excited! When he was 4 yrs old he lost his bear at school for a show and tell. I told him the bear was spending the night at school. I called Velta and asked if she had anymore bears. She said yes and had someone deliver it to my job so my son had his bear when he got home from school! She goes above and beyond in customer service! We have been with her for years and won't ever switch. We love Velta!

  I love this company!! We’ve trusted them for YEARS and we’d never go anywhere else. They’ve always been so personable and kind. Velta knows my boys by name and asks about them everytime we talk.
