  Randy's team is very professional. When i reached out to Randy for refinance, he is very patient and nice, and tried to understand my situation thoroughly. He did not act like a lot of other people in the field who just want to talk the customers into refinance. Instead, he analyzed the situation and see if refinance is a good option then proceed. He is very patient in communication too. Gerald in Randy's team is nice and kind. He always answered my questions very patiently and thoroughly. Great team to work with.
