  Terri is the absolute best out there! I don't think we could of worked with anyone better. Rain or shine she was there to answer whatever questions we had. She made buying our first home an enjoyable experience. She is upfront, honest, and companionate. She truly cares about getting you in the best situation you can possibly be in.   Terri and her team is phenomenal! She helped us purchased our first home in 2014 and again with a new home just about a month ago. Terri bends over backwards and will do anything to make the buying/refinancing processes smooth and painless!!

Here is a surely incomplete list of the things she did to help us with our refinance: - Clarified our refinance financial goals - Managed lock in timing to get a great rate - Resolved married-name identity issues - Coordinated all paperwork administration - Enlisted a fabulous title closer - Worked out issues related to having the property deed in a family trust - Made sure we understood the timing of recording, payoff, and arrival of funds - Answered just about every question before we even thought of it Nobody could do better!

  We re-finances our 1st and 2nd home with Intercap Lending and got some great rates!! Teri assisted us and turned things around quickly. We ran into a few hurdles along the way, but Teri was able to resolve them quickly with minimal impacts to us. She ensured that everything was done thoroughly and quickly, and has offered to assist us if we have questions after the closing was complete. She works hard to make sure her clients are taken care of.
