  Matt was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful with refinancing our home. We have had some negative experiences in the past with trying to refinance our home and not getting the guidance and support we needed so we were nervous going into this. Matt calmed out nerves immediately and was there for us every step of the way!!! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing support he offered!   I cannot thank Mathew and his team enough for everything they did throughout our home buying process! He was on top of everything and very responsive. He was available early in the morning, late at night, on weekends, during vacations. We had some very tight timelines and Mathew stayed in constant communication with updates, guidance on what exactly I needed to do and provide back him, timelines, etc etc etc. He took the time to explain things so I was able to understand the ask and why. Thank you for making this a great customer experience and getting us across the finish. We could not have done it without Mathew!

  Mathew work hard on my loan (cash out) got me the most he could, this man works hard for anybody, sent an email late at night and had a response at 5am, no one works as hard as Mathew. Great Man, will be giving everybody, I know that's looking to Refinance or buying his information.

  I started the house buying process probably a year and half ago. When i first went to matt to get approved, i wasn’t approved for much. But after following his direction on how to get my credit up and debt down. Well, i now can say I’m a homeowner. He knows what he's doing and what he’s talking about. I have herd so many bad experiences people have had or are having with the mortgage part of buying a house. I can confidently say, the ball never got dropped working with matt. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Its also a huge bonus his wife is an agent. A+ service all the way around.

  Mat was incredible throughout the entire home buying process! He was so responsive and always available to take a call when we had questions. 8:30 AM or 8:30 PM Mat made sure he was available.   Matt has been so amazing to work with.  I wanted to know if buying or refinancing made more sense and he help us understand the benefits of both options.  We decided that refinancing was in our best interest and he found a way for us to save thousands.  He even help us raise our credit scores to get a better interest rate.  It only took 2 weeks to close and I couldn't be happier with the loan process.  If you plan to purchase or refinance, I would highly recommend Matt Stanley.
