  I've tried to do some lending with Tom more than once. First time what he offered wasn't able to beat my local bank for a home equity loan. Second time he kind of just fell off the earth with communication. I'd assume my income situation for my refi on a property that I own free and clear didn't fit within his scope so he didn't bother to tell me.( I had just quit my job) He had me send over all my bank and brokerage statements then disappeared. All I wanted was followup and the bad news delivered not me having to inference after a long period of silence.

  Horrible mortgage servicer, have been waiting for a month on an escrow surplus payment. Several calls and they keep saying to wait 3-5 business days. Just terrible service.

  Worked with a First Time Home Buyer, and they were already working with Supreme Lending when they came to me. We wrote a 30 day deal. Starting on Day 1 we had inspections completed. So we were able to order the appraisal right off the bat. The contact we worked with was fantastic to start things off. What I noticed was that the contact we were working with had no control over the process. The internal processes were very slow. Not customer focused at all. As we approached closing it was clear they were not going to be ready to close, but I had to initiate all communication. They were not concerned at all that the buyer was not going to meet the close date. This created alot of heartache for my buyer and for the seller. Luckily we were able to hold it together with no help from the lender. At the end when the lender did not meet the close date we had no communication from them. Keep in mind my buyers were moving from a new town, had movers scheduled, kids were starting a new school, etc. I've done this long enough to know these things happen, but never have I worked with a lender that was so uncaring towards their client. The agent was nice but they had no motivation to try to help or make things better. Even earlier communication would have been nice long before they didn't meet the date but they truly didn't care. Highly suggest you look elsewhere.

  Great experience! Supreme Lending was always available, always had an answer, and fast working. They even got me a better deal on my loan. Refreshing service from what I have experienced in the past with banks.
