  Very friendly and helpful staff. We recently did our refinance with Intouch and pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things went. The mortgage consultant "Peter" assisted us and was available whenever we had questions. We are looking into a home equity loan and spent sometime going over the paper work ( and it can get involved) with Mrs Venezuela the branch manager at the Lake Mead branch, she made some calls on our behalf and explained how this home equity loan works. We are hoping in the future that Intouch will have more options for loans like this, such as no closing cost loans for customers in good standing. Having said that, their closing cost were not a deal breaker. We have found in the past dealing with Credit Unions is a better choice for us because we find having our loans and or mortgages in one place much more convenient. I like be able to drive to the branch and have someone sit down with us if we need it. A much better option compared to making endless phone calls for information that can end up being a frustrating experience.

  I worked with this company for 2 months to try to close on a house. Every day they needed more paperwork, Several times consisting of me taking off work to obtain. Two times I had to give more earnest money because they took so long. I had to pay a extra 1 month on my apartment because they were not ready to close. In the end i ended up not getting the house due to them being so unorganized. This was the worst experience next to my divorce I have ever gone through. After all of this they never offered to pay any of the cost i was out through the process. I will tell everyone I know not use this company. I went with another company and closed in 10 days on a different house. Terrible !!!!!

  This was my first time buying a home. I had a ton of questions but Liza was always responsive and patient with me. She helped me through the entire process, from my application to closing. At times it was stressful for me but I really appreciated her for helping me every step of the way.

  Recently completed a refi of my home and even during this pandemic, the service and communication was prompt and timely. The process was very easy and took very little effort to get done, I got a great rate and took 4 years off the life of my mortgage.

  I was concerned when my Credit Union sold my mortgage to CU Members Mortgage, but they have been great for me. I have had no issues with the company, and the rare times I actually need to contact them regarding payment changes, escrow, insurance or taxes they have always been easy to reach and helpful.
