  Chris and his team were extremely helpful! This was our first time buying a home, and Chris hopped on the phone anytime we asked to answer our many questions. He explained all of the lingo that was new to us, and made this process as stress-free as possible! He took the time to get to know us and get all of the pertinent information to get things off on the right track. With that, he was able to provide clear, very accurate information about the financing and maintained close contact throughout the process to keep us up to date. His processes also made the closing process quick and seamless. Even the title company was impressed!   My husband and I started seeing Chris about a year before we were ready to actually purchase a home. Chris was so patient during that time and was so great about making recommendations on next steps we should take financially in order to reach out goal! One year later we did it! Not only was it easy, we put one offer and one house and got an acceptance! This was my first home buying experience and after all the horror stories I've heard from friends our experience could not have been farther from it! We have our keys and will be moving into our new home next week!
