One of the worst companies to deal with. They are very unprofessional on the phone. I paid off my camper and was promised I get my title in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks now. When I call to ask they are rude and aggressively talk over you then hang up. I would not use this company ever again. They prey on people and steal your money.

I let these people finance my 2016 Towable RV. April 2022 I had to file bankruptcy and was authorized by the court to retain the RV. I had 29 payments remaining. When Marine One finally responded to me with reaffirm paperwork, they said I owe them 41 payments ( a additional $5,000). Well, while under bankruptcy, I can surrender it without penalty ( no repossession) and they REFUSED to work with me or my lawyer, so they are now going to take a $15,000 loss as the RV is now worth only $4,000. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT LET MARINE ONE FINANCE ANYTHING for you, unless you can pay it off like within two months because their interest rate is 17.75% MONTHLY! On $23,000, it will cost you $52,000 if you pay it out monthly. They say “fixed” rate, and it is MONTHLY !

Beware you never get title after payoff. Then they tell you to get lost. Do not borrow. They stole my title and never got.

I have had a loan with this company for almost three years and they have always worked with me on things. Sharon is awesome and yes she has a job to do but is very understanding. Just communicate with them and things will be great

We had an unexpected medical financial event and we had our account set up on auto pay and kindly requested an extension on our payment that they refused. Their promises of getting back with you is a complete joke. We had never been late not even once and we were informed that they could not assist us because we were not past due. In several attempts to get this matter resolved. They advised us to stop payment on our payment to arrange it to come out on a different date that would not be accommodating to our situation. We are now past due and they could care less to get this matter resolved. Several attempts were made prior to the medical procedures to no avail. Terrible and shameful that a company would disregard good paying customers like this. We will be looking to refinance with our financial institution that treat us with the dignity their customers deserve! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY COMPANY BUT THIS ONE!!!

My husband had his loan with this horrible company when I married him. Thankfully, we still have our jobs in this pandemic but he was off work for close to a month due to being quarantined. He spoke with them numerous times and they are the slowest people to understand anything. They kept telling him to call back. He did tell them he would try to catch up the payment but it was unlikely due to work circumstances. They finally informed him he couldn't get a payment extension a month afterwards. I guess we are staying a month behind until we can get out of this loan. As a side note, they refuse to remove his ex wife's name from the loan even though it was ordered by the court. Stay clear of this company, use any other option you can!

Over the years we have had our trailer, we have had a perfect payment history. An isolated circumstance happened for us and we got behind on our payment. We were in communication with them and explained our intent to make current as soon as possible, but could not give a for sure specific date. They began blowing our phone up during work. I communicated via email that we cannot accept calls during our work hours, and that the best form of communication was was either durings hours or through email. They continued calling during work to the point where I would have 7-8 calls from them in a two hour period. I responded via email again stating my displeasure of their blantantly disregard of my request. I also explained to Mary that I have a child with a medical condition that requires me to have my phone with me (approved to do so at work for that purpose only), and that she is not only jeopardizing my child's well being by losing that allowance but also my job, which in turn could effect any future payments made. My husband was finally able to answer a call and she acted as if we had not been in communication throughout the entire process. He mentioned the fact that there was an extensive record of email communication, which she then acknowledged, but became ill-toned and unpleasant. She then threatened that we had to pay a large amount that included a payment that was not even due yet, or the location for repossession. We chose to let them have it. We continue to be blown up with calls day after day to the point where I have had to route their calls to voicemail. They have even called family members stating the call was a "reference check" and that they needed updated phone numbers. Wow! Last I checked, that is falsified information which is ILLEGAL, as well as the harassment in the form of non-stop phone calls despite our efforts. They have been given the address to the unit, but it's still here... Hmm. Not only by me personally, but through change of address notification through the post office. I have repeatedly requested the repossession company information to verify upon arrival for access to the property, and after the third time I finally got acknowledgement of my request with "I don't know." It is strange to me they act the way they do, as if we have ghosted, when that clearly has not happened. Mary claimed she wanted to work with us, but no assistance was ever actually offered aside from in their autogenerated email message saying "we may have assistance available," stated just above the signature line. Their representation is ill-mannered and unprofessional. Emails sent to me lack professionalism and integrity, containing use of capslocked words/statements with exclamation points (lol, I mean c'mon), and disregarded punctuation. It sounds as if a defensive, ticked off teenager wrote them. That alone is unacceptable considering this is a contracted/legal matter. It just blows my mind. I cannot wait to be done with this company, even if that means a potential repossession on my credit. It's a fair trade in my book, and one I am eager to take. Update:. They finally picked it up after tiptoeing around providing me with the recovery agency's contact information. And to this day, we have not heard a peep from them ever since. They continue reporting delinquent payments and an increasing balance on my credit report. I plan to dispute and seek legal counsel to further pursue this.

Horrible service and lack of communication. I have been having issues with them for over a month now and still haven't got my issue resolved. I will be refinancing else where as soon as they fix my title. I do not recommend Marine One to anyone.
