  We had heard the hype as from current experience from being with CA in Texas, so we decided to check it out. We were not greeted the moment we walked in. We were interested in purchasing some jewelry and waited. An employee was eating. Two employees were chit chatting away as we waited patiently. A customer walked in couple of minutes after and was greeted, welcomed, and assisted automatically. Highly disappointed that we were ignored, so we left.

  Pretty good spot.. easy in n out with decent prices on panning. Came back not a month later to get my things and would recommend.

  John the manager on Monday day shifts is a good guy stàff is awesome as well. They understand the true meaning of understanding and human kindness. He gàvee what I needed for my PS3 àñd didn't hassle Me best pawn shop to go to in town 💯💯💯

  Horrible experience with very poor store policy while management doesnt care if they're in the wrong. I came to redeem my gun and they are having problems doing background checks but they want me to renew my loan and not allowing me to pickup. I have the money to redeem and have a ccw in another state but they wont allow me to pickup my rightful gun. They just want me to extend my loan instead of giving me a free extension since they cant run background checks. The management doesnt care about you as a customer or a person. If you can avoid coming to this place please do so. They will not treat you fairly here. Avoid at all cost.

  This place gets great stuff (coincidence I know) BUT the staff is friendly and patient and the girl Eva worked with me on a deal for a good price till we got to a good spot for me getting multiple things. Living nearby now at the moment and will definitely be shopping there again

  The whole staff here does a great job!!! On point as soon as you walk through the doors welcomed with hello and a friendly face most places now days cant get a smile or even a lil attention. The staff played with my kids while we waited for the laptop to charge all in all ADAM the manger is doing his DA... THANG OVER THERE keep it up

  Hello my beautiful and wonderful customers, I will no longer be at this location as of 11/11/2019 and will be located at Super Pawn on 1611 Las Vegas Blvd. (NORTH) and would love to see you all in my new shop!!   Big shot out to Sonya for taking care of me last Tuesday. I bought a decent looking laptop, the Monday before that I actually liked, but the charger didn’t charge the battery in this hp laptop. I didn’t find out till late evening when I was on money bubble of an mtt on wsop.com. So I was highly disappointed. Well, come Tuesday I walk in at 10am and Sonya gave me an even better laptop that looked newer and I didn’t hesitate to pay the 5% charge for the 15 day warranty. I’m back up and running on wsop.com and appreciate the great customer service by Sonya. 👍🏻
