  My brother went through a lot of issues trying to get a second chance for a mortgage. He was due to close in 2 weeks and then they suddenly dropped him and fired the officer. They were worried because his credit score wasn't high and about the covid-19 effects. I understand their worries with the virus but he is a disabled veteran so he has guaranteed monthly income. He was so close to closing and was getting everything ready. He is now responsible for the inspections and repairs which is roughly$1500 bucks. This place just gives you false hope.

  I Dale Tatum and family was looking for a home during a critical time in all our lives when the Covid-19 pandemic took place. It was hard getting a lender to help with finding a home due to everything being closed. Chaos Home Loans gladly assisted. Their dedication and hard work placed me and my family in our newly dream home. There were a few obstacles in the way due to everything being closed at the time of perusing our new home but we finally got to the finish line with the help of Adam Dubuc, he was phenomenal. Thank you for the help and support Chaos Home Loans, the entire team was great.

  Beware, Non-Performance, Unprofessional and No Client Support. We are deeply disappointed and have lost our trust in Stephen Kenny, CEO/Broker, at Chaos Mortgage, LLC aka Chaos Home Loans, LLC aka Chaos Realty, LLC. I am Veteran, my wife and I are homeowners in good standing, we are gainfully employed at a consulting firm for over 8 years and have a good credit history (750+ credit score). 3 years ago I had a Good experience with Stephen Kenny, at that time he was hustling to build a name for himself in the real estate loan business in Las Vegas, NV. He worked hard and he was able to get us a great rate on an IRRS Loan or Interest Rate Reduction Loan. At that time we closed within 30-40 days, no issues, everything went smoothly and he kept to his promises, great communication and customer service. Chaos Realty, LLC aka Chaos Mortgage, LLC aka Chaos Home Loans, LLC. failed us! Interest Rates Are Falling due to the tragedy in China. The 10 Yr. Federal Treasury Rate is falling at record lows and Stephen Kenny guaranteed us a new IRRLS loan at 2.75 or better. Not thrilled with the fact that the cost of the loan, we wouldn’t start benefiting for 6 years, but we decided to go for it anyway. And soon after agreeing to terms and confirming that we should not pay our existing mortgage loan payments, that our loan would close by the end of the month, suddenly Stephen Kenny was no where to be found. Calls, Texts, Email- For weeks, No Response. After 3 weeks, we started to get DocuSign documents from some unknown Mortgage Loan Processing Company “Only Mortgage”. So we contacted them and told them of our experiences and that we weren’t sure whether we would continue to process a loan when we couldn’t contact our loan broker. Well, the representatives, completely surprised by our report immediately get on the phone and contact Chaos Mortgage. Within 1 hour we get a callback from Only Mortgage stating that we can expect a call from Stephen Kenny same day before 5 pm. That time came and went without any contact. Stephen Kenny, somewhere in the wind. To any potential client of Chaos Realty, LLC., i sincerely hope they do a better job for you. But they have given us no reason to trust any of their representations. No Customer Service, No Professional Courtesy and No Performance. We have moved on, so if you start seeing the same warning signs protect yourself and put your trust and take your business elsewhere you will save yourself the grief.

  My wife and I were tired of renting and wanted to finally commit to buying. We had a ton of questions about where to start. The previous lender we were working with kept forgetting details about us and that we were using the VA loan. Chris and Colin never gave that feeling and would keep us updated as changes would occur. To top it off with the wait through escrow we still managed to close early. I truly feel that anyone looking especially a veteran should definitely give these guys a call, not to many lenders were familiar with the VA process it they were right on time with all answers.

  Not only was Chaos Home Loans personable and professional but they rushed my refinance through before rates changed. I was able to shave a year off my mortgage and reduce my monthly payments. Fantastic job, thank you Ian and Kevin!

  Great company to deal with... originally use them to purchase house and they got me approved for what none else could and then ryan helped me out with a refi. Worth the small.payment to save over 2% on my loan would recommend. Thanks for the good work guys!

  As all homebuying experiences go, it starts with a lender. I was pointed to Chaos Homes Loans by a former Army buddy. Kyle, one of their agents (more on him in a bit) reached out to me almost immediately and we set out to make it happen. He hooked us up with a local agent to look for a house. That part took a lot longer than anticipated as the house market near Nashville was insane! But through the struggle of trying to find a home, Kyle was always there. He checked in on us alot through the process of locating, and even when we were discouraged, he just said that one wasnt the one. We finally did find one almost after a month a d put an offer in almost as soon as it hit the market. Kyle really was amazing throughout the next step. He would email and call us regularly to get any paperwork he needed and worked with us through our *extememely* tough situations. Long story semi-short, Chaos really goes the extra mile, and I do not mean that in a cliche type. Many times we were at the point of giving up hope and Kyle was there to lift our spirits and reignite that hope. We *highly* recommend Chaos Home Loans and ask for Kyle. They are extremely military friendly. If other lenders have been negligent, or refuse to work with your situations or you want to bypass and go straight to some really top notch folks check out Chaos. Highly highly recommend.

  Matthew was very helpful and persistent. The whole team really worked with me. Even with the stay at home order they went above and beyond to get my loan done. They save me money overall and I would highly recommend checking them out. Everything was clear and no hidden fees.
