  Upon pulling up to the store they won't open the door they only greet you through the window so there's no in-store shopping they just want to swap things for cash, they're not selling anything.

  hello blaze pepe (cool name by the way) the store is full service 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday when the inside is open then from 5pm to 1am you can do everything BUT buy jewelry through the night window including redeeming your pawn and making layaway payments i hope this helps!

  I’ve been using this shop for many years. They are always accommodating, fair and awesome to do business with. I won’t go anywhere else in Las Vegas.

  SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!! I went to this shop late, about 1 am and really needed all the help I could get, the guy who helped me was very kind and very helpful!!!! BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PAWN SHOP!!!!! I WONT EVVER GO TO any of those other sleezy joints like ez or super pawn. STOP getting ripped off and only go to JOHNS! They will take great care of you!!!!

  Do not go there Anthony change two of my 18kt chain for a cheap one, what he did not realize I took pictures of him with all my Jewerly while he was making the loan.I got proof and will do something about it.Nobody steal from me?????

  This was maybe the second or third time I've been in... out of 15 trips to Vegas and going to every single pawn shop, you can see why I skip this one 80% of the time. The first two times, nothing special- extremely overpriced/low end merchandise... everything dirty/dusty, nearly hoarder level- no pride of ownership or in anything they sell. Most recent time, went on- saw three Gibson Guitars on the wall. Nothing I'd be interested, but I thought maybe my first impressions of the shop the other two times were wrong- so I decided to test them to see what kind of quality of people/owners I was dealing with. The first guitar was a real genuine Gibson Les Paul Faded Studio My guess probably 2005-2009 or so. This guitar was $899 new and sell for about $500 used. The next guitar was a fake China knockoff- one of the worst I've seen, logo wasn't even straight or even near the right place. These are illegal to sell, contraband- even if you disclose it's a fake- and straight from china about $250-300 with shipping. Top dollar used about $50-150. The third guitar was the same as the last $250 new China knockoff. I thought I'd see if the owner was a stand up guy or a scumbag. "What are you asking for those Gibsons?" I asked "35 25 and 35" I pointed to the fake one "35 dollars? or hundred" Because I have bought fake Gibsons and Fender for $30-50 at pawn shops all the time because they're impossible to get rid of and illegal to sell. "No Hundred" laughing like I'm the idiot I doubled checked which one was the 2500 out of the two 3500's It was the one in the middle...for some arbitrary reason. I paused and gave them one last hope of being decent people. I replied "That's a fake, that's a fake, that one is a STUDIO $899 new and $500 used" They interrupted every syllable with a dismissive THANK YOU And then I got the hell out. They are complete crooks- the way they do business I don't even know how they can afford their expensive billboards in Vegas. BUYERS BEWARE

  Good experience they gave me the cash that I needed was very quick call very comfortable dealing with them and when I went to pick my stuff up it was very quick and with no hassle I totally recommend these guys are very easy to deal with

  This is why ppl dnt like to deal with private owned establishment because they feel that they can talk and treat ppl like they want which is not ok. The owners and son is awesome but im not exactly sure who the other gentlman is probably part owener but he talks down and belittle the customer. He thought we was some ghetto individuals with no money and morals, then he refused service after he had us drive all the way from Boulder City. He had a very nonchalant attitude and i have been in the retail for 10 years and i have never seen this attitude in any place i been a customer to.
