      I went here with my aunt today and was shocked by how smoothly things went. We went in, the entrance near the side that says ATM is literally only for ATM at the moment (hehe) due to covid procedures. Enter through the main building entrance and go to the right past the coffee shop. When you enter the branch there are lines in the floor for the tellers and the personal bankers seem nice. Chloe was the lady who assisted my aunt. My aunt walked up, asked for assistance and was helped without a problem. Chloe confirmed what she needed before just turning her away, found out it was something simple and did it on the spot. I really, really appreciate that because during covid customer service, and even the facade that a company cares have disappeared in most places. A simple question saved us time and time is anyways of the essence. I might consider changing banks because BofA was already holding on to customer service by a thread before the pandemic, now it's non-existant in most branches. Also, I'm a fan of the look of this branch.

      This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a bank. After 25 minutes in the drive thru, I still do not have a deposit slip. I am the only person here. If you do not want to service the drive thru, then do not open it. Update: I left the above paragraph five months ago. Things have not improved. Indeed, they are worse. The branch manager is of no help because she lacks desire to help. Things will not improve here until someone new steps up. I am officially done trying to accomplish anything at this branch.

      I went into this branch yesterday (Dec 16 at around 1PM) to exchange some currency. I waited in line and when the next bank window was open, the employee named Sheryl ( or Sherelle?) started playing on her phone instead of calling me over. So I went over to her window anyways after a few moments. I had a simple request that I had called in about numerous times beforehand. She said the manager was not in today and she couldn't help me. She was very rude and curt with me. I asked if the branch manager was in tomorrow and she responded "nope." Not sure what I did to offend her, but she was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards me. As I began to leave, she looked down again and continued playing on her phone....

      Why is this bank even open if they refuse to help you? Want to open an account but need an appointment and no appointments available til two days later yet 3 so called bankers are sitting at their desk refusing to even acknowledge our presence. (If we don't look at them they don't exist) must be their motto. It's definitely not help the customer not even sure they know what customer service is at this branch. 3 bankers and 2 tellers and the tellers are the only ones working. Whoever is in charge of this branch should be ashamed that they run this place. Step down or tell your so called (bankers) to help customers. I have been with US bank for ten years and if this is acceptable maybe it's time I look elsewhere.

      I have been a customer of US Bank for over 20 years, both in Utah and in Las Vegas. I work with the branch managers for my business, and with this office for equipment and loans for my business. US Bank is world class and takes care of all of my business needs.

      Congratulations I had a delivery to room 350 today, entered the building and saw a security employee sitting at the front desk/podium. So I asked about directions to room 350. I noticed that he was very busy on his mobile and he even didn’t look up and just answered „3rd floor“ When I repeat my question about the position of the room 350, he interrupted me (still never looked up) and made a gesture with his arm-and said „there are the elevators“. So I Said thank you, entered the third floor and found only locked/closed doors with no information about room 350. My luck I had a mobile number, so I called the person and was able to finish my delivery. If I would enter the building as a future costumer, exactly at the second answer and gestures from this security officer, who is obviously addicted to his private mobile during working time and not interested in assisting any person who enters the building, would make me stop and leaving the building directly. I would never want to be a costumer there. Even on my way back and walking out of the building didn’t make him leaving his eyes from his mobile. So all I can say, US-Bank, congratulations to your great decision to hire that guy. I am pretty sure, he will be always number one on your list for an employee of the month and year.

      The teller that helped me was the kindest teller I've ever had she went above and beyond to help when I was already with a different employee and I don't think she even had time to turn her computer on and a few days later I walked in and she asked if I got everything situated!! She is a perfect example of what customer service should be!; And it's nothing to do because she is absolutely georgous!

      This U.S. Bank has given excellent customer service every time I do my business there. The tellers are always very polite and friendly. The bank itself is clean and well maintained. The parking is safe and accessible. The building it sits in is modern and very beautiful with a nice fountain at the main entrance. Overall cool beach vibes😎
