  If i can give a 0 star i would. This was a gift for my daughter from Grandma. The bracelet was sold to my mother as 100% real 14K gold. Well if it was not because the pin came lose & i took it get it repaired that i actually found out this is not 100% gold. They actually inform me the bracelet was only shower in gold & if they would try to repair it it would actually melt the bracelet off! My mother paid $350.00Dlls for the bracelet & I’ve actually taken it to several evaluations & yes, in fact its not 100 real gold as it was sold. I feel betrayed by how Management has handle the situation. We have tried to come to an agreement with the Manager of this branch but she keeps on giving the round about. Its about the morals & principals. Not forgetting When a vendor engages in the sale of fake jewelry without informing the consumer or his customer, he is liable for fraud and deceptive business practices. I am currently trying to contact corporate & file a complaint with the Nevada Department of Commerce. DO NOT trust this Pawn Shop!

  Just walked in to cash a check, since they have Cash America in their name on the sign and they told me that they weren’t apart of Cash America, that they were with someone else, And that they didn’t cash checks there and the way they talked with me was extremely rude!

  I went into a Super Pawn over a year ago and said I would never go back. A few days ago, a friend of mine talked me into going to the one on Losee rd. WOW what a difference! The store looked so clean and organized. Everyone was so friendly. The employees were singing, laughing and having a good time. The manager, Tammie was terrific. She really made us feel like she cared that we were there. The employees were happy to help with all the questions that we had. This is a BIG change from the last time. I left the store with a totally different opinion of Super Pawn.

  I came in to purchase a tv because I was moving and my son had broken his tv. I literally came in here because it was convenient. I walked in and there was a 42” Samsung tv...perfect. How much...$250...hmmm seems a little high but I’m thinking it may be a newer model and that is about right. The sales rep also tells me the tv doesn’t have a stand. At this point my right mind told me to leave and just go buy a new tv...but instead I paid $272 dollars for a 42” Samsung non smart tv with no stand! I went to Walmart the next day and purchased a 55” Visio for my bedroom and see a 43” Samsung smart TV (with a stand) for $278!! I am disgusted that I was taken advantage of in such a way!!! Do not go here! Items are severely overpriced!!

  I pawned my computer here for a couple of weeks when I went to pick it up a couple of the screws where missing from the back, my hard drive and my battery got switched out.. Be careful what you pawn it might not come out the same they don't even deserve my one star... NEVER AGAIN

  The assistant manager, James, was very unprofessional. My due date for my loan was on a Sunday, which is a day they were closed. I came the following day, and was charged an additional charge for being a day late. James had a very smart attitude and said, “it says on the door that we’re closed on Sunday. He persisted to say smart comments as I tried to get him to take the additional charge off, which he refused to do. He was not being very customer friendly, and he was very nonchalant about the whole situation. Needless to say, I will not be doing business at this establishment again. This was the worse examples of customer service and being a manager I have experienced.

  I have been to Cash America stores in Utah, Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, etc. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars. I have never, ever been treated with such disrespect before until visiting this location. When the sales rep treated me like scum I asked to speak to the manager. It's obvious the sales reps will treat people like dirt because the manager is the most offensive women I've ever done business with. She is a cancer. She needs to be fired. She's DUMB! Her teeth are horrid and overall very difficult to look at. Her physical appearance along with her unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept my money gives this place a 1 star feedback. If there was more I could do to ensure her removal, I'd do it. Be advised! I suggest you visit this store and ask for a reasonable discount. The rudeness will follow.

  Came to pick up my TV, (Could've paid cash) they charged my card then said I was supposed to pay cash then proceeded to make me pay an extension fee until the funds return to my account so I can come back for my TV. The fact that no one tried to help me by waiving that fee or something is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business transaction etiquette! Now I'm short $200 in my bank account and I have no TV. Do not come here, do not pawn anything here, if you do remember to come and pay cash only!

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!! I bought a watch for my husband for our anniversary and the manager that helped me, her name is Tammy.. said that I can return the item anytime for store credit if my husband don't like it. When I called today, she said they don't do store credit and she will buy back the product for less price... My husband didn't even use the f....n watch...

  Printers were moving slower today, associate ASIA was pretty unprofessional throughout the entire process. Completely understand the frustration of a work component not being as accessible but there is no reason for her attitude today just smart remarks as no regard who heard what she was saying. Highly disappointed because I usually get great service from this specific location. Instead Asia insisted on voicing her opinions publicly about her coworkers and the quality of the day to day operating items.
