  This is a fairly good pawn shop as far as a decent and varied stock that changes frequently. You can find some pretty good deals depending on what you're looking for. I'm not sure about their loans but I'm pretty sure they are similar or somewhat like most of the other shops in town. One way they are different is with the electronics...most will give you 24 hrs to return for store credit if you find it not working and we're unable to test it at the shop...they do not. It cost them a star/star and a half...

  They test your jewlery when you first bring it in but not it you bring it back because they are removing your diamonds and replacing them with low grade diamonds. They are thieves. If you question it they tell you to leave

  Horrible service. Managers don’t try and help at all. Just purchased two items and didn’t keep with update on status. (Guns) I called every week to get an update. One month later I show up to the store only to find out I was never even put on list due to error, which I could have been told on the first week. Won’t do business with them again. Very disappointed Just interested in selling, rather than customer satisfaction. Oh, and try to get your money back! Good luck. I’ll try calling corporate to get better help.

  Careful this place is doing false testing. I brought in 14k and he gave me a 10k estimate I called them on it and they told me to leave. Be careful covid and everything alot of pawn shops are doing this.

  I purchased a TV for $300 made payments for a few months found out that the TV resets itself and sometimes cannot set it back to normal functions. Don't buy anything worth hundreds of dollars in these pawn shops because you never know if they won't work and they won't return your money or give you credit for something else. It would be a waste of your time and money.

  Selfish employees The reason businesses have an opening time and a closing time is for a reason I tried opening the door TEN minutes before they close and it was locked. I have given plenty of good business to this shop but for them to just watch me at the door instead of talking to me was just rude. The employees are rude half the time anyway. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE SPARE YOURSELF belittlement.

  Miguel at the counter just helped me from this store. Very polite. Professional. He helped me with my purchase to the car because I injured my back. The price was right and although most people don't like pawn shops, I usually do all my shopping at this company. They have never let me down and this is just another example of that.

  Went in to pawn a couple of laptops and a wireless guitar system. I believe the gentleman who helped me is named Alex. He was very prompt and courteous with all of my questions and fair on pricing. Even after the transaction was completed and after several hours after me leaving, I changed my mind on the wireless guitar system and wanted it back. I called, spoke to Alex to see if I could just come give the money back and get the unit. He put me on a brief hold while he asked his manager if they could just void the transaction. They agreed and I came back several hours later. Couldn't be happier with their service.

  On July 1st 7pm my wife was being helped by Tray. He was very unprofessional and making smart and rude comments about another customer! Talking about the ladies body shape to his peers and his manager. Tray's manager did absolutely nothing to stop his inappropriate behavior.

  Stopped by to get a charger for my phone but no luck. They have a bunch of over priced items, I mean come on?!? Why would I buy from them when I can buy a refurbished item off Amazon and be secure in the purchase for equal or less cost. And they suck cuz I was hoping to meet Chumlee. What’s a Vegas pawnshop with out him? lol
