  Put off getting a new-to-me TV for MONTHS before I finally went in to this one. Perfect experience. They were putting a couple on clearance as I walked in and it made it that much easier for me. All I wanted was cheap, fast, and easy...perfect!

  Awesome people!! Awesome business!! It has been very difficult to travel recently and I was not able to retrieve my item on time. I made a quick phone call to the shop and they were very understanding! Super nice! Once I was finally able to pick up my item the people were very nice to me again!! The customer service was great too!! They did an excellent job taking care of my MacBook Pro Laptop while I was away! Thank you so much again! Definitely recommend this fair and friendly shop to anyone in Vegas!!

  Terrible management but good employees. Manager criticized the employee for price they gave me to pawn item for not being able to test item correctly, when manager should be trained, understand basic electronics, and understand that she did have all tools to test item. The base level workers are great, the management just does not understand the modern world and how electronics work when that is the main things you would pawn in 2020. Employees themselves are great but it’s hard to be a good employee when your management has to oversee every price/transaction you make when they do not fully understand what they are talking about.

  I can’t express enough of my gratitude to the lovely people of this Super Pawn branch. Their Manager, Gabriel has shown professionalism like no other. Because i am very delighted of my experience with this branch, i want to thank each & every person that made my shopping experience a wonderful one.   We have been to many pawn shops and this staff is absolutely the best. My husband bought a camera. Laura took time to explain the functions and ensure it’s functionality. Everyone there were very friendly and professional. Customer service makes the difference and this team gets an A++

  Place is awesome!!! People are very warm & friendly. Prices are reasonable. Their Manager is the most accommodating in all Super Pawn stores. Don’t go anywhere else but here!!! All the crew are exceptionally kind. Love the place...Love the people!!!

  I would definitely not recommend going here. Not only was the line VERY long but the costumer service was awful. The employees seemed to not care about what people wanted and were not friendly at all. I’ve been to a few other locations but so far this is the worst , highly disappointed.

  I bought a stain vacuum that was super dirty and gross but I thought it’s a stain, good quality right? So I bought it and came home to try it. It took out two of my outlets and caught on fire!!! How horrible to sell a vacuum that’s gonna burn my house down instead of cleaning it...

  Good customer service, but.... went to check out rings found one my mother,she pick one she liked and .. turned out to be fake. They were trying to sell it for 1999.99 and when I told her it was fake she looked surprised I would never buy from super pawn again how do you not know it’s fake?? You have all the tools to know it real? It’s a shady company. Go to a real jeweler if you want an authentic ring.
