I’ve had an IRA in this credit union for over 25 yrs. It’s interest earnings are very low. This year they changed me a $25 service fee. I called to question that and asked what was the procedure to take it out. They then told me it’s $25 to take it out. So I will pay $50 in fees when my total interest this year has been $1.25. My total interest since I opened it is only $86. I’ve never been charged a fee on my Wells Fargo IRA and the interest is higher. IBEW, you don’t care about customers.

If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable bank this wouldn't be it. The bank manager Vivian Tirado is not only rude, but untrustworthy as well. My father used this bank to take out a mortgage on his home. Unfortunately he ended up passing before the loan was completely paid. Every month the payment due for this account was paid auto pay from his account. So when he passed it was after the projected due date meaning the bank was already paid. We received a letter a week after his death stating my father was 30 days behind on his payment and the bank would be foreclosing on his property. We had access to my fathers account and knew this to be a flat out lie. My father also had other miscellaneous loans that Vivian Tirado stated were tied into the mortgage which was also untrue due to the fact we had the the mortgage agreement needless to say all loans were completely paid. In times such as these an individual wants to feel confident and secure in the choices we make to protect not only ourselves but our families as well. Making a choice to use this establishment for anything would be the wrong choice. Vivian Tirado lacks integrity, honesty, and respect. If you are looking for a trusted bank THIS WOULD NOT BE THE ONE!!!

I would give The loan depart a 1000star if i could. during the pandemic, we had fraud on a ui claim, freezing our acct at a different bank. Never being late in 7yrs, Ibew protected our loan , we spoke every 2 days, Rose and Tina were life saviors. not only giving me #s for other help. but really got me off the edge, when i felt there was no one listening. the whole Credit Union has been amazing. from day 1 of our 1st time mortgage loan 7yrs ago, they've won my loyalty and i will never leave them. they are more then my loan company, a bank, "they are family". thats how they treat you.

Most of the negative reviews are spot on. This bank has been terrible in recent years. I'm cancelling my checking account. In addition to only having one branch in town, They treat their own customers like criminals in order to combat fraud: When I had money stolen from my debit card, they made me file a police report and deliver it to them before giving me a "provisional" credit. Their mobile check deposit requires you write a literal sentence on the back of the check, and rejected my check without the full sentence. They will charge you an overdraft fee but not pay the bill, and they will do it every day that the bill attempts to charge again!! That is STEALING money. Either charge me the fee and pay the bill or reject the charge. That's banking 101. You can't use your debit card to rent cars or some other basic things, and if you have to get a new card, be prepared to wait for your new pin to come separately in the mail. In addition to only one bank branch in town, they have been circling the drain for a while. Not sure what happened, but I'm done

Horrible experience! DO NOT use this bank! very unorganized and sloppy and the branch manager VIVIAN TIRADO whos supposed to be the good one is the worst one of them all. My name is Nader and Im the owner of Automax of Las Vegas. We sent an auto loan application to this bank and once approved I sent one of my employees to deliver the paperwork to them for funding. My employee stood in the line for his turn and once he got to the teller the branch manager VIVIAN TIRADO came forward and told my employee to step to the side and said "you guys wasted my time so Im going to waste your time" made him wait longer intentionally and then made fun of him with the teller and started laughing at him.

Everytime I call for any assistance, I have to speak with Lee who is extremely rude and short. She makes me not want to bank there. I only stay because my interest rate is pretty low. Besides that, it's the only bank left in Vegas and is not a convenient location for me. Had it not been for Lee, I'd have no complaints. Some people shouldn't work in customer service, shes definitely one of them.

The branch manager Joanna is very rude and unprofessional. She treats the members like she is better than them and if it was not for our money her lazy pathetic self would not have a job. Very disappointing that this credit union is straight TRASH !!! And you need to hire a better branch manager that will actually generate business not hinder it.

WORST BANK EVER! NOT 1 of the employees know what's happening. So while they try to figure it out every time u may not use the restroom, u have to leave and come back!!! IVE NEVER SEEN LESS COMPETENT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. charge u over draft fees to NOT overdraft ur account . .that's stealing. Charging for something u have not done. Over and over. I'm almost speechless. Twilight zone

Been a member 30-plus years. The bank ceo ruined this place. Unprofessional if I could give less than one star I would subtract three. Countless bad experiences. Only positive thing are the loan rates. Customer service needs to come up seriously from the loan department to the tellers. You guys need a lesson in etiquette.

They fire people for no reason at all. Becausec someone cuts you off in conversation it's not a good reason. No one should ever put their money in this credit union. Go to CCCU or one nevada. Yall need to check Human resources rudeness soon this company will fold.
