Stella Wisniewski1The atm stole my money, pulled $150 from my account without giving my the funds I go inside only for the rudest teller to tell me to call the number it’s not her problem. She couldn’t even be bothered to get my $150 once she confirmed it was back in the account. I turn around to use the atm outside and see this lovely message so I can choose to wait in line again because the teller was rude and didn’t care to do her job or get in my car and wait in line outside to access funds. Tried to call to speak to manager and the phone was waiting for 20 mins for someone to pick up. No bankers on the floor. This place is a joke. Don’t trust your money here. I’ve been a customer of Wells Fargo since 2011 and I will be withdrawing my account after this interaction and taking my money elsewhere

Michelle Jackson1I went in to cash a check that is drawn on this bank, and the cashier all but asked me who my kindergarten teacher was. She was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. I didn't get the check cashed because I was a day early than the date on the check, which she discovered at the last minute (my fault), but she was all too happy not to cash the check. I wouldn't go back in this bank if it was the last bank on earth. I'm angry because of the rudeness shown to me, not because I couldn't cash the check.

Danny Gatica1Ridiculous! I had a scheduled 3:00PM appointment, and here i am 3:27. With not a single attention or word given to me. The gentleman there just taking his sweet time completely disregarding that we have other compromises and things to do. Exactly why we scheduled an APPOINTMENT

Blanche Akhtab1I'd give them ZERO STARS if I could. This bank is totally unprofessional and inconvenient. They never answer the phone, their lines are always long in the drive thru, and their fees for services like money orders and cashiers checks are way too high. I am slowly but surely moving all my money out of Wells Fargo!

Sammye Sevy5After a mix up for appointments at the N Decatur location, their teller, Josh D’Amore, came to our rescue. He was courteous, professional, and completely helped us feel that moving our money to their institution was the right choice. Because if him, we are looking forward to our future banking with Wells Fargo.

Shylah1Racist teller and I wish I got her name. My friend was in Arizona for a business trip and needed money in their account. They only asked me to deposit $40. I had been to this bank before because I pay rent through wells Fargo because my landlord has an account. She asked for the account number and also asked if I had been there before. I told her maybe once or twice because I usually go to the one on cheyenne or the one on w lake mead by rampart. I gave her the account number and she asked for the name. I gave her the name and then said I couldn't deposit cash and it needed to be a check. My friend needs it right away and a check usually doesn't clear, so I asked her why I couldn't deposit cash when I've done it before without having an account and this is the exact reason why I will not bank with wells fargo. She didn't even ask for my ID just made her own judgment call off of what I looked like. She didn't know it wasn't my account until I told her my friends situation. I go to the bank on cheyenne, tell me why they take my deposit into my friends account with no problem!?! After the transaction was done I asked the teller if there was a rule against depositing money into someone's account when you don't have one? At first she looked at me weird, so I explained what had happened at the wells Fargo on Decatur and she said that that shouldn't have happened and they even had their manager come up and apoligize. My friend will be going in to make a complaint but I told them it's no use because I don't know the girls name and I'm not going back in. All I can say is she was Hispanic, young and short, I'm 5'3 and she was either my height or a little shorter. It's sad when minorities are racist against other minorities. I work in retail as a front end manager and never used my own personal feelings to deny someone. Policies are there for a reason, stupid me should have asked for a manager there but there was a line and didn't feel like making people wait longer. If your nervous around money and use your own personal feelings to do your job, then maybe working with large amounts of money and working with the public shouldn't be your job/ career. There's lots of jobs now where you can isolate your racism and still make money.

The manager and banker Whitney Frank were very friendly and understanding of a specific request I had while another location scoffed and didn't take me serious...Whitney explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and enthusiastically, I felt very welcomed at this location and recommend it to anyone who banks with Wells Fargo.

Let me just say I go thru the drive thru every Thursday and when Olga or tania or pretty much any of the ladies there they help me in every way they can but every once in a while I get some guy there that always gives me a hard time about deposit slips and he makes me so mad . The ladies in the drive thru are so helpful and go above and beyond to help me I just wish this guy would do the same
