  Gina and her team were amazing! They communicated with me through the whole process. I refinancing my mortgage during a busy time and had a ton of questions about rates and Gina made sure I understood everything that was going on and how it would affect my loan processing. I would highly recommend them, they are one of the few companies that know how to treat their customers.

  I love Michael Rodriguez and his team at Alderus Mortgage. The communication is excellent! Michael does weekly phone calls with updates and calls both Realtors to keep them on the same page. He walks the buyers through the whole process so they know what to expect. When he approves my buyers I know we are not going to have any issues because he has done his job right from the beginning! Thanks to Michael and his team for being so awesome at what you do!!!

  Had a great experience working with Shake Ajamian. I found her to be pleasant, wonderful personality and totally professional. All calls were returned promptly and questions answered. I was a bit hesitant on how to conduct the home purchase from Los Angeles without having to make frequent trips to LV but Shake assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that all would go smoothly and it did. I felt very comfortable working with her. Finally got to meet her at escrow closing and felt that I've known her for years. Would recommend her highly.

  Julie and her team at Alderus Mortgage were masterful at guiding us through our mortgage process. We were fearful at first because when we sold a previous house we had to move twice and were hoping to avoid that hassle of waiting for one house to close while the other was still in process. Even within the short window available (from when the buyers of our house needed us out) Julie was able to navigate the process without a glitch. We actually closed on the house we were selling and signed the papers of our new house the same day! In addition she kept us appraised of the details every step of the way.   Alderus Mortgage Company is thee BEST!!! I highly recommend them! Gina and her team was amazing!! They helped me and my Ohana purchase our first home in Las Vegas, when I was still living in Hawaii. AMAZING TEAM everyone communicated with us and was all on the same page! They was always ahead of the deadline times being that I was in Hawaii and they were in Las Vegas. It was a pleasure working with Gina and her team. They all need a bonus!!!

  When purchasing a home, it is extremely important to trust the professionals you're dealing with - and feel that they have your best interest at heart.   Everything went smoothly! Kathy is a bright, helpful, secure person and she is the only person I would recommend for mortgage needs.   As a title rep local to Las Vegas, I have to say that Alderus Mortgage has some of the best Loan Officers in town. They are all ambitious, driven, goal oriented and friendly people, the culture here is unlike anywhere else. Janelle Kennedy has introduced me to many resourceful people at the company including Todd Gainley. He is extremely focused on customer service and takes a personal approach for each client.
