  My husband and I came in to purchase a gun today and we had a wonderful experience. The gentleman who helped us, Curtis, was incredibly helpful, personable, and even took the time to teach me how to shoot comfortably and confidently. I left there a better marksman because of him. We will definitely be returning here and we will be recommending this place to any friends and family looking to buy a gun or shoot on a range.

  Giving this place two stars only because of the vast selection of firearms they have. Their customer service is piss poor at best though. I went in looking for something specific and was told they didn't carry it. I browsed the selection anyway and found the pistol I had inquired about. There was two employees behind the counter and neither one seemed interested to make the sale. I had cash in hand and they missed out on easy money. I'm not some hoodlum off the street looking to waste their time and I'm very knowledgeable about guns. I went up the road to another shop and was treated like a person rather than a ghost. I even saved $100 because the pistol wasn't overpriced like it was at this location.

  Every time I enter the store I am greeted as I'm a preferred customer. They are very polite and very professional. Making the shopping and pawn experience very easy and smooth. Reasonable priced firearms and very knowledgeable help. The store is very clean. If I had to choose from every pawn shop or firearm shop in Hampton Roads this is where I would go.

  Oh wow like wow this place had such great customer service the manager Josh was around to break every little question down I had about certain products for. Got me these great binoculars and camera set I definitely needed much appreciation there. Service is just superb thanks for all the help. Go here if you looking for a sweet deal or in need of professional service

  I've been dealing with Superior pawn for about a year and a half.... I love these guys. I pawned with a couple other shops in Norfolk , but, my experience with them was horrible. A couple times I wasn't able to make my payment and was facing forfeiture, but, Josh stepped in, appreciated me as a valued customer, worked with me so I didn't lose my property... I really appreciate you guys and look forward to doing future business.

  I’ve been coming in and out for the past few years. They’ve gotten new management and brokers that are very knowledgeable about the products they carry. My most recent transaction with the new manager (Josh) was a very smooth experience. I bought and hp laptop from them and returned it a few days later(not because of malfunction) because it wasn’t up to the speed with my editing software. I ended up using that to put a nice deposit on a MacBook Pro. Josh would call for friendly reminders. Within less that 50 days I had my MacBook in hand. They have revamped the entire store. Better selections, better prices, Josh and his team did an amazing job fixing up the shop. I love it. I go in every time I get extra money lol!

  On Halloween me and my mom decided to go to the pawn shop to see if we could find any Saw movies to watch that evening! We stopped in at Superior Pawn on Military Highway and this young man by the name of Josh was so helpful, courteous, and polite. Thanks again Josh you made our Halloween! Ashlee & Mom!!

  The old dark haired lady is a thief and a lying cheat. Forget about this place if you are attempting to get a loan. i brought in a brand spanking new pistol that i paid $850 for as well as a newer style Martin Bone hunter bow. She would only give me $200 for a LOAN on the both when I was only asking for $260. This is not the first time the cheat tried to take advantage of my situation and I have never defaulted on a loan with them. I will NEVER come back and have purchased many things from them over 4 years as well as received loans from them in the past. That dumb lady running that circus now is gonna run that shop into the dirt.
