  I had items get stolen and I was told by the police to call the pawn shops let them know its been stolen let them know what it is so an eye can be kept out. Well the jerk who answered the phone wouldnt take any item information and just kept telling me the police would tell them even though im pretty sure it got sold to a pawn shop by now and i know they wont get "notified" now thats why the police told me to call them. When asked to speak to the manager he prented to be one. Okay dont do business here they probably take stolen stuff...

  We understand that it's very upsetting when you have property stolen, and we try our best to help out anyone we can. But we also have to abide by the laws and regulations given to us by the police. We report all merchandise taken in at the end of every day. From there it is up to the police to give us the go ahead to hold a flagged item that was reported, before or after it comes into our shop. We cannot give out personal info to anyone but the police, especially over the phone. We do not appreciate accusations of taking in stolen goods. These laws are in place to prevent that from happening and to also make sure you get your stuff back in a legal manner.

  Went into sell jewelry returned by ex-girlfriend. Was read the standard 'script' I have heard before. "Market is saturated right now, got too many in stock right now...etc. etc." Literally word for word script I have heard many years before. Sold items at a diamond exchange in Va. Beach the following week for $1200. So glad the market was not too saturated out in Va. Beach.

  We apologize if we were not able to make you the offer you were looking for on your merchandise. Unfortunately, every jewelry store is different and we cannot accept every piece of jewelry that comes into our shop based on our own personal stock and what we are currently looking for. When we know we are not able to make an offer that comes close to what the customer is asking for, we simply decline. We wish we could've made you an offer that met your expectations but it isn't that simple. Rather than leave a bad review, we wish you would have taken the time to try and understand how businesses like ours work instead. As much as we would like to pay everyone the amount they're asking for and accept everything that comes in, it's just not realistic. We are glad to hear you found a shop that was able to make you an offer you were satisfied with and hope to do business with you in the future.

  Very professional and helpful. Saw me looking around like a lost fool and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even gave me tips and explained anything I didn't understand. Will definitely be going back for more in the future.
