      Customer service is terrible here. I just came to cash a check the clerk took a guy in front of me and rudely told him he didn’t have to come in, he could’ve went through drive through. One of the mangers was talking to a customer about his account out in the open. A customer was out waiting on him and when he was done he asked the new customer what he needed. The. Customer said that he wanted to open a business account. The manager/banker told him that he was about to go on lunch. I will never come back here. Terrible service

      I hate Wells Fargo. HATE. Their customer service at the branches is the worse ever. They nitpick the hell out of you with fees that other banks don't do. They want big money, not the small business owner or working man's or woman's lame deposits. Stay away. They have been charged with numerous federal crimes. Do your own research. I will be switching all 3 of my accounts to a locally owned bank soon.

      Had an appointment today to open an account for my son and had the absolute BEST experience. Sam B. walked my son through the entire process and answered all our questions and made this such an AMAZING experience for both of us. Sam B. is the absolute TOO NOTCH for customer service and I am so happy he made this milestone for my son such a GREAT experience!

      Slowest service at a bank ever. Literally sat in the drive through teller line for 30+ minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Happens every time I go to this location. Has me ready to take my money elsewhere. Insane!!

      Busy bank at the ATM. Almost every time I drive up the ATM there is someone using the ATM. Then I get up there and feel rushed to deposit checks. The ATM is somewhat slow to complete the transaction and have had people grow rude when they have to wait behind me thinking that it's me slowing everything down when I'm merely waiting for the machine to do its work. Staff is generally friendly. I won't ever use Well Fargo for loans due to the fact that their rates and fees are far higher than other lending institutions.

      I was the only person in the lobby and had asked a teller to break $100 to have change for my students to run a school fundraiser. Even though she could tell I used to have an account and still had an open credit card, she couldn't help me. I will never use this company for anything again.

      Always had great, friendly service here. ATM is usually busy but no more than any ATM at any bank, in my opinion.

      I tried to open an account at 4:53 and they told me come back tomorrow we are closing at 5 and you need appointment... never ever come back.
