      Mrs. Lindsey Abrams took care of us and she was awesome. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. She took her time to make sure we understood everything that was being explained and gave us advises on what to do now and what to leave for later. Overall she made the whole process very easy for us and we would definitely recomend her to all of our friends and family.

      I was in town visiting family from Alaska. I had the greatest experience at this branch. Lindsey was phenomenal! Thank you so much for all of your help with my mom’s paperwork!

      Mrs. Helena Meadows and Lindsey Abram were patient and understanding. They went beyond traditional cuustomer aervice to assist with my issue. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. Helena and Lindsey were both thorough in explaining documents and policy. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

      Slow, sometimes open late. Drive thru tellers don't have anything at the window. They have to leave the window to process your transaction. I never get the money break down I ask for. I can ask four $5 bills and I will get a $20 or two $10s everytime. Has to be the worst Chartway.

      Went to go open another account with them, no door in private office that's right next to the waiting and Chek in area so your information is exposed to whom ever that is near by I actually had someone walk in while exchanging my personal information I got irritated because I'm for sure the agent seen a couple of people standing around I'm just glad I knew the person who walked in while exchanging my personal information but then at that they don't need to know my personal business. It's really no security to be a bank I mean I you ever need someone personal information pretty sure you can get it while you wait!

      I had made sure to keep my automotive payments current whenever i pay i pay it full and today they i form me that a payment is missing from october. They just made $600 walk away. This is the worst bank yet. (Replying to response) i have already spoken to your team and they just assured me that i am wrong and that my 600 dollars was never there.they didnt attempt to help me at all they just made excuses as to how i am wrong and there is absolutely no way my payment could have vannished despite me bringing my account current in january. They didnt get me in contact with lossprevention or fraudprevention at all they just assured me that me and the last teller i saw were wrong and that a weeks worth of my pay was no longer there.

      This bank gave me the lowest rate when I decided to purchase my vehicle a year ago, and I now see why! I have amazing credit and am never delinquent on my bills. I dropped off my check in November which didn’t get processed by the bank until three weeks later. The bank charged me $80 dollars for the bounced check and said it was my responsibility for failing to manage my finances (WTH). I believe it was both our faults; the banks response was to ignore the issue until I decided to drop it. It gets better though!!! In December, I left Virginia for a month and was unable to physically drop off the check, so I decided to suck up the $20 fee and pay the bill over the phone; however, no one picked up the phone. I left various messages and I never got a call back. Now I’m being informed that I got charged another “fee” and that despite them receiving and reviewing the messages, they have decided to not remove the fees because of the previous month. I will be transferring my loan to NCFU tomorrow morning. Run before they take your money and rob you.!!!!

      I've been dealing with this bank for about 4 years due to an auto loan. EVERY single time I contact them I get the run around and they ALL appear to be incompetent. I've been lied to multiple times the the "person" that I need to speak to (mind you every time it's different) is always unavailable. I believe they hire a bunch of rejects that other banks either refuse to hire or fired. The only reason they got 1 start from me is because that is the lowest I could go.

      The loan interest rates are very good at Port Alliance, especially on their motorcycle loans, and the loan officer and tellers are friendly, professional and helpful. If you are doing business in the branch, life is good. I would actually recommend joining this credit union to anyone who lives across the street from one of their branches. If you have a problem with the online banking site or need to contact someone at the branch, you not only get to listen to their computer recording, you get leave a message asking for a returned call. Lucky you! This is extremely helpful if you are on a schedule, check your account on your lunch break, on a Saturday morning before leaving for an appointment, or any time you can't sit beside your computer patiently waiting for a phone call. I am less than happy with their online site and their customer service.
